It's a fabulous location right in the centre of Trouville, they have parking at only 15€ a night which is precious in Trouville, the staff are all excellent, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good for the price and their croissants were home made and lived up to their award winning claim. The restaurant is really good with efficient, professional and friendly service.

The negatives were that the double bed was tiny and only one of the plugs in the bedroom worked. The rooms are quite basic and in need of a refurb really. But for the price it was still good value.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I left a poster behind and on contacting them, they replied it was found and would be held at the front desk. No problem getting it 2 days later.

I had a room looking out over the hotel sign and front outdoor cafe, so a bit noisy at night. I asked if I could change rooms, and they said they were waiting for the last room available reconfirmation and if not they would switch me. Unfortunately the room was reconfirmed and the hotel was full.

The location was very good with plenty of restaurants close by. The bed was comfortable and a nicely equipped bathroom..The hotel was close to the main beach.

The bedroom was needing a few repairs, the lamp wasn't working & it would have been nice to have a safe

The hotel is locate in the central of town. There is an elevator to bring us to our room on the second floor. Check in and check out is convenient. Ground floor of hotel is a good restaurant. Fish market is opposit the hotel. A Monoprix super market is 5 minutes walk.

Room is rather small.

Room was spacious and loved the balcony with harbour view. Bed very big and comfortable and bathroom the same. Bath a treat. Restaurant was good in evening, but drinks expensive! But so was everywhere.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room (not even a little kettle!). Parking was ok if you parked after lunchtime but ok bearing in mind a busy and popular town.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance from Trouville beach and the town center. The hotel staff was phenomenal; very welcoming and friendly and our room was great! Very clean and comfortable. I'd just point out there isn't any AC but if you leave the windows open during the night, it's fine. Definitely looking forward to going back

A wonderful hotel in the center of Trouville, opposite the fish market. 5 minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants on the neighboring streets. At the same time quiet. The room is small, but comfortable and with a balcony. Very clean.

Lovely hotel. Great restaurant below and a very nice breakfast. Very comfortable. Beautiful, historical building - the breakfast room was very French and atmospheric. A wonderful location.

The room was very comfortable for my family and I. The check-in was easy and the hotel was very central to the little town. We could walk everywhere. The restaurant below was also very good, and we got priority seating because we were hotel guests.

Because we were above the restaurant, the hallways of the hotel smelled heavily of seafood.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, large room, with a lovely balcony and lots of sun, and very centrally located.

My big problem was that there was no kettle, coffee, or tea. We travellers love a cuppa when we arrive, and a coffee in the morning. .Why skimp on a kettle, it ruins the experience.
