The breakfast was really great with lot of choices. At the wellness we always found beds to rest on, and the sauna area was good. We had a really nice view from our window to a little waterflow which was next to the hotel. City was close but not too close which was perfect. Cleaning ladies were really nice, they were not speaking English but they were very happy and friendly (or I think so :D )

The room was tidy, but at the same time very very dusty. When we first arrived the room was full of dust. Even the hairdryer was dusty so when we first used the hairdryer it was very smelly due to the dust. Aslo, I did not like the additional parking fee. I saw it everywhere in the city that people are trying to get money for parking, limited space lots of cars, I understand that, but still, 40 PNL for a day is too much after I spent quite some money on the hotel room as well, but at least there were cameras watching over the car. :)

It's been great. We were given a room over the river, it was very nice to sleep to its sounds. The room was big enough, very clean, bathroom accessories, slippers, bathrobes, mini bar, water. Special thanks for breakfast: it is rare to find such a varied breakfast, different kinds of fish, vegetables, meat for every taste, hot dishes, fruit, desserts - it was very tasty, we could not stop, but it was impossible to try everything because of the large number of positions =) The spa is not big but there is enough space for everyone, nice pool, hammam and dry sauna.

The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of options. We did not get the opportunity to try the restaurant's menu, but upon perusing it, we found it to be quite interesting. The car park is conveniently located on the side, but an additional fee is charged for parking. The breakfast staff was delightful and provided excellent service.

The reception staff should explain how housekeeping works. We were able to request anything we needed. I later discovered that there was a switch to request cleaning. It would be helpful if someone could still collect used towels or empty the bin, but I assume that's why there's a switch for that. So, it's important to let guests know about it.

Breakfast is very extensive and very good, we were five friends and no one said a wrong word about the breakfast, the staff is very friendly and helpful, I called the reception for extra pillows and this was arranged within 10 minutes. The swimming pool and wellness area is great, the pool has the ideal temperature for me. I chose this hotel partly for its location, so quite short (2km) from the national park and about 1.5km from the center, I will definitely come back here.

The room seems slightly dated but still okay, the bathroom has been renovated, the single bed seems quite narrow but once you sleep in it it is okay.

We really loved our stay in that place... wellness/spa is really amazing, so is the breakfast... location is excellent as well!

I would recommend to put a picture in wellness area that being in sauna in swimwear is forbidden.... almost everyone was going to finish sauna directly from the pool to "get dry" and it became really smelly inside... maybe people are not aware of swimsuits being forbidden( or not recommended) in saunas so having a sign of "swimwear forbidden" might be helpful (hopefully.....)

The property was close to the center, easy to walk to and from center. There is also a bus stop as soon as you walk out. Rooms are old styled but room is spacious and very clean. Nice view from our balcony to the back of the hotel, it was snowing so it made a difference:) Breakfast is very good, quite a variety.

Nothing to complain about, furniture wasn’t modern but it was good value for money and as said before rooms are spacious.

The room was a nice size. Beds were comfy. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection of fruit, meats, cheeses and different breads. The swimming pool is warm, clean and lovely. About 30 minute walk into town / to the train station. Great location. Had a great night sleep here, was quiet.

Only downside was as we were out of main season the bar closed at 10pm.

Great, great kitchen and bar. It is worth to drop by for for dinner or refreshments on every occassion. There is very nice water in the swimmingpool. Very polite and helpful staff.

Do not forget to prepare for swimmingpool in your room. The swimming pool area is not very large and is missing standard equipment so it is hard to change there. Ex. There is no bench in the changing room, no sink, no hangers for towels. Also you can not wear hotel slippers there, the floor is wet and you are going to slip like on ice.

We came just to look at the mountains and then enjoy the spa and that's exactly what we did! Everything is just perfect in this hotel from spa to breakfast. Very clean and luxurious. Bathrobes and slippers in the room. Huge terrasse to sit and drink a cup of wine:)
