It’s a nice quiet hotel on Station 2. We had chosen Cabana room and it was spacious and clean. Pool was nice and clean, too. Breakfast is served at the hotel’s restaurant, where during the day you can also order drinks and food. Staff was very nice, they helped us take tuk-tuk and everyone was nice and polite.

Maybe only one thing is that the hotel is not a beachfront one, so you will need to walk about 5 min to the beach along a narrow street filled with shops, restaurants and transport. From another side, this could be an advantage, because like this you can find various dining options here. Station 2 beach is quite busy, too.

A very good hotel with friendly staff, very clean, and the room was cleaned daily with towels replaced and bottled water replenished. We had an amazing view of the pool and garden from our room. The room has everything you need for your stay – it is spacious and air-conditioned. A big thank you to the staff for the lovely birthday surprise – a cake. I highly recommend staying at this hotel! :)

The facilities were really good and very well maintained. If you did need something looked at or repaired they were on it right away. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone. The restaurant was great for all meals or snacks. Here is the thing that made our stay above average in quality though. The staff at the resort. They are truly amazing. They were kind, helpful and so friendly. They almost knew what you needed before you did. The thing about the staff that we really enjoyed though was how happy and genuine they were. They were also so helpful and kind to each other. We often noticed the interaction between staff crew and they treated each other pretty much like family. You just don’t see that often and this was a quality that put our stay over the top. Thank you Boracay Tropics. We really enjoyed our time with you.

The staff was very helpful and offered me a better room with garden view, just after checking in. I didn’t ask for anything myself, so this was a nice surprise! The swimming pool is a nice place to relax and well maintained. And their bar is open until late. The location is also a big plus. Away from the busy beach, but only 5min by foot. It’s located between station 2 and 3 and I liked the side of station 3 the most. Less annoying sales people, more locals and better restaurants.

Because the corridors are open, the noise of the streets travels far. I’m a light sleeper and I needed ear plugs.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, hotel is located just a few meters away from the front beach, many food choices for breakfast every day, dorm room is really commendable for a big group - very spacious, clean, lovely ambiance, fast service, great to have a pool in case of an inclement weather that prohibits swimming at the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable despite the stormy weather! Would love to go back there again!🙂🙂🙂

It will be good if they can install a hand/hose shower to wash off sand as they only have a head shower and if they can provide a separate shampoo and conditioner not a hair and body wash combined. Please provide hooks for the bathroom to hang wet suits as the room is for a big group and also in the deluxe room. Please also do something about the (urine) smell in the toilet despite continuous flushing the smell seems to stay.

This resort quotes you a price. Once you put your credit card in it will accept it just to send a notification you need to use a debit card in which they charge you double the amount. BE SURE TO WATCH OUT FOR THIS. REMEMBER, A DEBIT CAN NOT BE REVERSED LIKE A CREDIT CARD. THS RESORT IS A SCAM CHARGER. LOVED THE RESORT BUT THEY ARE THIEVES!!! WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY DENY IT. BEWARE!!!!!!

I had a superb stay at Boracay Tropics Resort Hotel! The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and easily accessible to key areas around the island. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It’s a quiet place, ideal if you want to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Boracay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Boracay!

The pool hardly gets any sun, and the water is a bit cold for us. The hotel is walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach but there is no public toilet on the beach, so I would probably prefer somewhere even closer to the beach if that is the main focus for you. The location is very convenient for restaurants, shopping, massage, etc., but lots and lots of street vendors everywhere on the way to the beach, and even on the beach too, gave me a not very peaceful quality time. There is nothing wrong with this property itself, but I would like to find a beachfront or even private beach property next time if I return to this island.

Lack of shower water pressure/ hotwater,occassional septic smell,noisy inwall machine noise ( at 5am from room 2004),lack of being able to use credit card to book excursions as providers all want cash,in room water was continually needed when should be automatically delivered daily,airport transfers were more expensive via hotel so we booked with other providers,mattress maybe in need of renewing as this is 4* rated,room makeup needs to be more efficiently organised to coincide with guests/staff so we know water will be delivered and rooms made up,beach towels required 400php deposits!...why not supply towels at beginning and check the room upon departure as with booze fridge?...easier and more convenient for guests.

Location perfect. Very clean and nice enviroment. Room spacy and quiet. Nice bathroom and shower had good waterpressure. Nice breakfast. Pool area good but not too synny and only few sunbeds Typical philippino way, that there is lot of staff and all are very polite.

Wi-fi was weak on 4th floor. TV programs very poor quality and no intelligence. Needs updating. Stayed for one week and breakfast quite good but not much changes or variety.
