The hotel is easy to find just outside the center of Sedona. The rooms are functional, quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a nice pool and well-equipped fitness center. There is a bar although we didn't use it. The breakfasts are very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful - particularly the breakfast staff.

I don't like being charged $25 per day for parking and I wondered why this is not just included in the room cost. Later I realized that if parking was included it would be subject about 15% in various state and local occupancy taxes so by keeping it separate they are actually saving you money. I was also told all Sedona hotels charge for parking.

We were very well pleased with the room size and cleanliness. When we went down to breakfast, it quality of food was much better than expected.

Did not like paying $25 a day for parking at a hotel that was not in a downtown area. We were not within walking distance of the art community nor any of the top restaurants that Sedona is known for. During the check in process I asked the person checking us in about the charge and she was well - less than friendly and crossing into disdainful when explaining it was just something they charged. Our "keys" would not work and I had to go back down to have them recoded, and I hated every step knowing I was going to be required to tell this person our keys didn't work. If they had not been non-refundable prepaid rooms, her attitude would have been enough I would have turned and walked out.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating. The people who ran the breakfast area. Went above and beyond every day, making sure everyone had everything they needed. And we're constantly checking everyone and always clearing away the finished plates.

We were staying at the hotel for 8 days, and the hotel offered, and every other day turned down clean service. As it was just the two of us, we did not need it every other day, but when we did the one time, it seemed to have been done in quite a hurry. The only thing it seems to have been done with the room service was emptying our trash and making the bed. We were hoping it would have been a little more in depth, like washing down the shower or any other surface or wiping out the sink where there was still a ring of soda in the sink from the glass they put in the dishwasher.

The hotel offers a pleasant and comfortable experience. The rooms are spacious, and the well-equipped kitchens enhance the overall convenience. I don't like having to pay extra for parking

Bed sheets were scratchy and the breakfast lady was basically begging for a tip

Located only about 10 min from the center of town, the hotel was clean and new. Our room was huge and the kitchen has everything we needed for a couple days. Breakfast was great.

There is an $18/day parking fee. You essentially need a car in Sedona, so this additional charge feels completely unnecessary. While I liked the hotel, if I had known about the parking fee ahead of time, I most likely would book elsewhere.

This might be our favorite hotel so far. From the first day we’ve checked in, everything is convenient. Room is excellent and perfect for relaxation, spacious for me and my wife, well cleaned and stuff are supplies are well stocked. Staff are well accommodating especially during breakfast, Aaron/Adam’s customer service is top notch. Definitely will be going back to this hotel next time we’ll go back to Sedona.

Rooms are spacious and clean, hottub is amazing, plenty of towels available, daily housekeeping, lots of parking space, amazing breakfast, good coffee. Guest laundry service with card payment was great and easy. Hotel is clean and service is really good and friendly. Nice landscaping as well.

At checkout it was difficult to receive a printed invoice.

Great experience, we spent 3 nights while exploring Sedona . I would say the stand out staff member was the gentleman who worked the breakfast area each morning. So on top of everything and always was so helpful, pleasant with a great smile to greet us and send us on our way each day. Great stay all around !

Great, easy place to settle into. Amenities are really good. Rooms are of a generous size and very well appointed. Location, while on the edge of Sedona was actually quite ideal with so muc of your time in Sedona spent heading out to the various trails. And was actually quite nice to have a little space from the very touristic central area.
