The particular room we stayed in was very small, however it was perfect for what we needed. We were a group of 26 people and from what I could see the rooms were different sizes. But mainly small overall. There is a small bar, with a conference type high table and bar stools. This suited us perfectly as we were a large group. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh and good value. Can't comment on the location as we were just using it as an overnight stop. However McDonalds is next door. If coming from the airport, get an UBER and not a taxi. €50 for the uber - €90 for a taxi. Really liked the quirky decoration of the hotel. Rooms were well priced.

I think the hotel was understaffed as they struggled to keep up with providing clean dishes/mugs and cutlery for the breakfast. But this was not a major fault. The staff didn't know how to change the keg of beer when it ran out. There weren't really prepared for a big group. However this would not put me off using the hotel again.

Good hotel on the other side of the river from Bordeaux, 20 min by car to the city centre. Quiet at night (our room was on the garden side). Good quality bedding and toiletries. The heating can be turned off. Strong wi-fi. Safe free parking. Kind staff

Not much space for your own stuff, especially in the bedroom. Uncomfortable shower entrance. No bathmat

The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel and the room itself were both very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Check in and check out were all very smooth.

The main downside was that everything was incredibly cramped. The room didn't have enough space for two people, and the shower doors opening was also incredibly narrow.

Staff was really nice, the room was clean and it was peaceful. Breakfast was awesome.

Room was really cold upon arrival and it took awhile to reset the AC. There was no way to plug my hair straightener close to a mirror. The plug inside the bathroom was too weak and no one thought of placing a plug close to the mirror in the bedroom.

We booked this hotel because it was close to Arkea Arena which was having a concert we planned to attend. The hotel reminded us somewhat of a semi-hostel accommodation, but in a good way. The room was small as was the bathroom, bed was comfortable Overall, we liked the place and of course, its location was perfect for us. Also, it had ample parking which was important to us.

The room could have been a bit larger.

The location was great for what I needed, straight off the motorway as I was traveling to northern France. Staff really friendly. Hotel decor really different, really good value for money.

Just the size of the room. For 2 people and two dogs not much space to move about. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Very convenient location off the highway. Perfect hotel to stay if you travel to the sun or back. Ordinary room, nothing fancy. Closed parking lot so your car should be safe. Breakfast ok. Airco works very well.

As always any hotel has a road facing side and the windows are not up to protect from that.

The breakfast was exceptionally good. A wide variety of food choices and coffee machines that made coffee that tastes like coffee :-)

When I completed the booking I was under the impression I had paid for breakfast for two but apparently had not, so was charged 22€ at the hotel for this plus the tax I have expected to pay. No big deal, my fault I expect, and the breakfast was worth it!

The staff is really outstanding and super friendly. They were there to help in all of our needs and beyond. It was really a nice surprise! Besides that, the hotel facilities offers good value for the money you pay.

Only the location is not ideal if you want to visit Bordeaux. It’s good if you are in a road trip and want to make a quick stop without wasting time in the city center

Nice and clean rooms, delicius breakfast, good location.

They promised us extra room (arranged and confirmed by email 1 week before arrival), but they didn't deliver completely. We got extra room for 2 nights, but for 1 night 2 adults had to stay in 1 room. We didn't get the feeling that they want to help us.
