The hotel has been renovated and the shuttle service allowed for a confortable arrival and return from the slopes even though the hotel is 10 min away walking. The recommended ski rental was also very conveniente. We rented a locker and it was ski in / ski out from the shop.

Sound proofing was terrible. Could hear the people talking in the rooms next door, their alarm clock everyday at 7:00, the music in the club outside until 11:30 pm and the glass trash colection every day at 6 am. Very difficult to have a good night rest.

The hotel was very modern and the rooms were spacious all for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a convenient location not far from the ski lifts and there was a free ski shuttle at the hotel that would drop you off and pick you up.

In my opinion, the beds were too firm for my liking, so I didn't sleep well. They were also missing some basic amenities like slippers and robes that I'm used to at ski hotels. And because we were so close to the end of the season, the buffet dinner didn't include a lot of options and there were no desserts offered. Maybe this is better during the high season.

I liked almost everything about the hotel. Great location, great facilities and great staff.

Some things could be clearer. The only reason I dropped a point is when I asked about booking a table in the restaurant, I was told we had to decide what we wanted within 10 minutes (before going in) if we wanted a table. There were 9 in the group and we were waiting for 2 of them so it was impossible to do that. The member of staff at the reception seemed a bit agitated we couldn't decide without the other members of our group, so we just went elsewhere.

The value of a place is as high as the people who manage it. In this light I would like to say that the manager and the front desk people have done everything to make our stay perfectly. The hotel is recently renovated and it looks very nice. Also the view is incredible. Breakfast included almost everything (it would have been perfect if they had vegetables also). You can buy the skipass from the reception and also the recomand a ski rental place where you have a discount. I strongly recomand having dinner at the hotel’s restaurant because is fabulous.

The staff in reception, restaurant and bar were all fantastic. The food was great at breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable and rooms were stylish.

The restaurant seating is slightly cramped with guests having to squeeze past tables to get to the food. The sound proofing in the rooms was poor. I could hear the guests in the next bedroom at the toilet! I know there is probably very little that can be done to avoid this, but I feel obliged to mention it. The area for keeping clothes needs a light as it was too dark.

This hotel is excellent value - modern, comfortable, good parking, good food, great views, excellent reception staff… all for about £100 a night between us for 4 adults. Amazing!! The only improvement I can suggest is that the bar staff might actually crack a smile once in a while! 😂 (they were so grumpy that we played a game to see if we could get them to smile during our stay… we couldn’t! …which is a shame as the bar area is really nice otherwise! 😂)

Wonderful hotel located centrally in Sestriere. Great location to access the mountains. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Amazing views of the mountains. Great restaurant and bar area and the included breakfast had a large variety of good food for all tastes. Excellent location with easy walk into the centre for shops and other restaurants. 100% would recommend to stay here.

Hotel cleaniness was great and our room was well managed daily. Breakfast was great and complete while juices were of low quality and diluted with water.

One window was not perfectly sealed from the external chill and cold air was flowing in. Nevertheless the room was warm and we did not suffer consequences. Ski room was large but not well maintained
