Firstly we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO HIEN ,PHUONG (PIE) and LEE. We had the most loveliest of welcomes from Hien and her team. On our arrival ALL of our Expectations were absolutely met. We were over the moon with our room. Lee gave us a grand tour of the complex in the Beach Buggy which are available 24\7. He also drove us to the Char Restaurant later in the evening, where we had dinner. Char Restaurant staff gave us such a wonderful greeting ,the Ambience was superb. Phuong(Pie) was our waitress she was very friendly, and professional. Dinner was outstanding. How this restaurant hasn't been recommended for a Michelin star, I really don't know? This restaurant was without doubt .superb. From the presentation, taste and style in which our meals were served truly tremendous. All staff were fabulous. This is undoubtedly a First Class Restaurant. The Fusion Resort was TOP NOTCH 10 out of 10

I did not want to leave.I wanted to stay longer, BUT we had our itinerary already planned, booked, and paid in advance.

We had no idea our trip would turn out like it did. The resort wasn't completely finished at the time of our stay (only 1 restaurant open, spa was under construction, as well as the main building, so check in was done at the restaurant). We originally booked a 2BR Garden Villa with Pool, and ended up being upgraded to a 5BR Beach Front Villa with Pool. With full board! We were told we were the first and only customers at the time! the whole resort was for us! We really had an amazing stay and the facilities, villa interior, food, staff everything was amazing. Would return anytime! Since we probably were the first to use the villa everything was squeaky clean and brand new!

We loved the entire experience from the to hotel transfer to the checkout , staff was very friendly and catered to all our needs, breakfast was great. Place was very clean, we stayed at the ocean view suite which was simply amazing the weather played spoil sport during our stay but that's inot in the hand of the hotel staff. I would highly recommend to stay here without any regrets.

On the picky side the coffee machine was faulty

We spent 6 fantastic days at Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang with our two kids and loved every moment. The resort is new, with spacious, modern ocean-view rooms, a spectacular beach, and a very child-friendly atmosphere. The kids club, spa, health club, and two gyms were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. We especially appreciated the seamless check-in and check-out process, which made arrival and departure completely stress-free. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and proactive throughout our stay.

Minor downsides: the king-size mattress was too firm, Fresh restaurant food serving was slow, and buggies sometimes drove too fast near kids. Still, we had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Highly recommend for families looking for a luxury beach escape!

Attention to personal details. The staff were anticipating our every needs. We felt we had exceptional service. The facilities are beautiful and so very well designed to provide comfort and style.

This is a brand-new resort, opened approximately eight months ago. From the very first moment you step inside, everything is designed to immerse you in a state of relaxation. The reception team is truly outstanding — always ready to assist with anything, absolutely anything you might need. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a variety of delicate aromas, perfectly crafted to stimulate and soothe your senses. Everything is impeccably organized, allowing you to do nothing but simply enjoy your holiday. The resort also hosts the largest spa in Vietnam, and it is absolutely fabulous! Whether or not you are typically a spa enthusiast, their services are absolutely worth experiencing. If you choose to book an Ocean View room, you will enjoy access to the spa services included in your stay. Breakfast is a true culinary feast, set by a beautifully maintained Olympic-size swimming pool. As fitness enthusiasts, we always seek hotels that offer quality gym facilities — a key selection criterion for us. It is rare to find a hotel with truly well-equipped fitness centers. Here, there are two fully equipped gyms, meeting and exceeding expectations. We genuinely have nothing to criticize — everything was simply perfect

If we were to mention one small aspect, it would be the location: the resort is situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, so you will need transportation to reach the cities. However, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service, and taxis are readily available and very affordable. In about 20 minutes, you can reach either city. On the other hand, if you seek peace and tranquility, this is exactly the right place — far from the street noise and hustle

Beautiful property! I had booked an ocean view mini suite room with a plunge pool and was lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to a full private pool suite on the 15th floor. Made for an incredible stay, beautiful sea views with unreal sunrises each morning, at a very reasonable price by western standards (~$250/night). The breakfast included is amazing, lots of great Vietnamese, western, and Korean options suitable for any palate. Complimentary massages each day were another wonderful perk, the spa was a great experience with a range of massage styles offered. Shuttles to Hoi An and Da Nang city were easy to arrange with the front desk, and often amounted to private taxi provided by the hotel. Hoi A was the highlight of our trip off site, a truly beautiful place, and Fusion had you closer than most places in Da Nang for easy access. Very attentive staff throughout, lots of nice folks at the front desk. Drinks and room service consistently came earlier than the ordering app said they would.

Location was a little out of the way, which is the trade off for staying in a large beachfront property. About equidistant from downtown Da Nang and Hoi An, approx 20-30 minutes for each.

We had a perfect stay at Fusion Danang! The sea view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming—special thanks to Na and Thien for their outstanding support throughout our stay. The spa experience was truly exceptional. A big thank you to Thuong for her amazing massage—it was one of the best I’ve had! Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety, although vegetarian and halal options were a bit limited. That said, the team was thoughtful enough to provide us with a list of great nearby restaurants that catered to our needs. Highly recommend Fusion Danang for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing getaway by the sea!

We had 2 nights stay in Fusion Hotel, and we clearly regretted not to have more. It was definitely the best hotel during our stay in Vietnam. The hotel itself is incredible, brand new - opened only 8 months ago - and well taken care of. The rooms are big, spacious, comfortable. You really feel special. The hotel is located between Da Nang and Hoi An, ideal if you want to really enjoy the hotel or go occasionally to one city or another. You can arrive easily to a street with many restaurants only 10 minutes away from the hotel with Grab, direction Hoi An. The staff was very nice, special mention to Thu, genuinely caring. The breakfast is big, with lots of variety, enough to please everyone. We had a lot of fun trying every station and every treat. The swimming pool is immense, though a bit cold - difficult to enter in - but has a beautiful view of the beach. You have also access to many activities like volleyball, football,… If we had to be back again in the region, we would definitely go again for Fusion. Thank you!

Spa experiences are subpar to other spa resorts, treatments and overall experiences were quite inconsistent and not as mindful to visitor's experiences, at times felt rush to get people in and out. When restaurants are less busy, the staff although are trying to be helpful, a different member coming up to ask how the food is every few minutes can get somewhat irritating
