Everybody was very friendly and the views from the king room we were staying in were superb right the way across the valley to the mountains and forest up north. It was a lovely big room, decent sized bed and tv, good shower and the coffee/tea making facilities were just right. The breakfast was good quantity and quality - we were also told we could borrow one of their umbrellas if its was raining when we walked down for our evening meal - which we did one evening and were rather grateful for it. It's an ideal base for climbing Cader Idris - I would personally recommend going up the Pony Track and going down the Fox's Path, as the latter is a little steeper but good fun! Also if your planning to go to Barmouth for the day you can park at the railway station at Arthog - presently free of charge - and then walk across the railway bridge to Barmouth also presently free of charge, it's about a fifteen to twenty minute with stunning views. We also visited King Arthur's Labyrinth it's a bit of fun - but make sure you book in advance as more than likely if you plan going on a wet day it could already be booked solid. We had also booked meals at the Royal Ship in Dolgellau - awesome food and beer - service slow at times but it was busy and if you need anything else there is a decent Spa supermarket on the north side of Dolgellau - always comes in handy.

For once - can't think of anything really!!

A nice property with a great terrace and garden. A large room upstairs. In a quiet area of town but only 10 minutes walk to the centre. The town itself is a nice place to stay for a few days. Friendly host. He allowed me to park my motorcycle in the garage.

The driveway was quite steep and windy. If it was wet it would be a bit of a challenge on a heavy motorcycle. But it was dry during my stay and I made it by concentrating.

Helpfulness of owner and flexibility as I needed an earlier breakfast and he made mine specially 30 minutes earlier than other guests. It was peaceful and quiet here and only a 5 minute walk to all the towns amenities. The shower was awesome and after a hard days walking in the hills it was very invigorating and refreshing.

Nothing the B&B was good value for money well located quiet and peaceful and the service excellent. Very good breakfast, good parking. As it's on a slight hill and my room was upstairs in the converted dormer it may not be ideal for more infirm guests.

A delightful stay. Hosts were superb. Nothing too much trouble. Very easy going. Lovely comfy spacious room, Nice seating area with table & lamp under the window. Went on a golfing hol, There was plenty of space in room for all my clothes & clubs {when i needed to dry them off after rainy day on course}. breakfasts were delightful. Super garden views from our room. my wife and I enjoyed watching the birds & squirrels on the feeders in the well maintained gardens - from our room and in the breakfast room which has nice panoramic windows from which you get great views of the valley, as the property is on high ground. Fantastic morning mists. Definitely plan to stay here again next time we're visiting the area

Lovely garden setting with wonderful views of the valley and hills from our bedroom window, loved the bird feeder that attracted many different birds. Fabulous breakfast cooked by Lisa and plenty of variety. Good parking and easy walking distance to the town for restaurants and hotel dining.

The stairs to our room, a bit steep for the suitcase, so just took what we needed from the car and carried up the stairs to our room.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Our 4th visit. Without a doubt the best B&B we have stayed at. The hosts are the the best and such a comfortable place to stay with wonderful views across the valley to mountains beyond. Breakfasts are cooked freshly for you. Highly recommend.

All excellent.

Lovely throughout! Colin & Lisa, the owners were so friendly, it was if we'd known them for years! Rooms were clean, fresh & we'll looked after. Breakfast was more than ample, with a variety of options. Lots of off road parking up the private driveway.

Leaving after our stay!😂. Seriously though, couldn't fault anything at all.

Warm welcome from the owners who were more than happy to share information about the local area but without being over bearing. The room was very clean and modern. The views over looking the valley and birds on the feeders made breakfast very relaxing. Good choice at breakfast with the full English being which is freshly made to order

Being really picky and I do mean it because I'm used to a super king at home, the bed could have been larger than a standard double
