We got to stay at this lovely hotel with valet parking which was very handy. They were dog friendly and we stayed for 2 nights which included a buffet breakfast. The staffs were nice to me and my little family ( myself, husband and dog). We really enjoyed our stay. They were central, close to a dog park, the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and hot, the wifi was great and we really enjoyed our stay here so thank you so much! :-)

The swimming pool pump needs to get fixed as guests would like to use the pool to relax.

All staff were helpful and friendly.

We picked this hotel to have a place that we could work remotely. They have an office space. The first day they let us use the space all day, which was very helpful. But the second they only allowed us to use it for 3 hours. And they changed our room because we had a dog, unfortunately the new room didn't have a good desk and chair to work with. It was uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

Good location clean comfortable😊 and safe . Everything that we 👧 want and need is close by. No need to wonder nor worry. Thanks to booking.com you all help to make our stay worry and hassle free. We had a great👍 pleasant and safe stay.

Only thing that i didn't like, was our bus ride. However it has nothing to do with booking.com.

I always recommend this hotel location. Is close to business locations ( food, shopping, souvenirs and a lot more ). I have been at this Hotel location, my parents and a sister with her husband. Everybody has been please ( happy ) with the service, location and commodity. Thank you Hotel Olmeca Plaza.

Room and beds were good, location convenient, within easy walking distance to the rambla. The breakfast (included in the stay) was wonderful, buffet style, very well stocked with attentive restaurant staff.

No view: the window goes out into a dark well, which doesn't really matter if you're only there overnight, however.

Really great hotel and location, and we would highly recommend people to book. We found the restaurant staff more friendly than the reception staff. A great transit stop, with everything you need on the doorstep.

Great location in Centro, steps away from the market, shops, parks. The check in process was seamless. The room was large with a very welcome air conditioner. the bathroom was nice with a big shower. 20 minute drive from the airport.

Great Location, Breakfast was the best part and staff specially Ms. Eva Blanco who was helping me personally to get around as majority of staff don't speak English.

Air-condition in room was very noisy and loud and if you don't use use AC in Villahermosa you melt from heat! other thing was water pressure in shower but still functional.
