I used to work in the hospitality industry so my expectations are very high. This hotel never disappoints me! From the warm , friendly greeting, to the sparkling clean rooms and very hearty breakfast choices; it is consistently doing everything right and then some! Also, the location is a very convenient stopping point if traveling by car. We were heading to visit my son in Chicago and we always choose this location as our stopping point to recharge for the night.

Its not a dislike, but a personal preference. The pillows are actually too fluffy for us! Otherwise no complaints.

Property good reviews included breakfast was easy to find. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and clean and well stocked. The room was clean zero issues there was plenty of parking and it was close to several restaurants and gas stations. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe there.

We were online and read that it had a pool and a hot tub. I was disappointed when we got there we found out the pool was not working and we were not told that we had to ask.  the pool and hot tub area was closed off. The Wi-Fi is horrible. We were on the third floor. It did not work the whole time we were there, we could not get connected.

Breakfast was diabetic friendly. Staff was very nice. Room was very clean. The price was very affordable .

Children were very loud and unsupervised in the pool. Children were not respectful of others using the pool. My special needs adult son was basically pushed into a corner and unable to swim due to almost being jumped on several times by kids and teens jumping into pool from the sides and screaming. Adults were not supervising them. No towels in the pool area. Had to bring towels from our room.

The workers were very polite and my husband loved the breakfast! Room right off of the elevator which was very nice not having to walk down a long always. I originally booked only one night but then decided to come for 2. They made it easy to change no trouble at all!!!

The only thing is our tub would fill up whenever we showered and there was blood stains on our sheets!!!

The staff was great and the room was large and the bed was comfortable and the bedding was excellent. We used the fitness room which was well appointed and had plentiful fresh towels and two water fountains. Breakfast was good with bananas oranges and apples, yogurts, hot oatmeal and the standard waffle, dry cereal, selection of breads. Eggs, potatoes or sausages.

We were able to make a late reservation for the night. Liked that it is pet friendly, as we were traveling with a dog. The facility was clean and modern.

It was hot on the 4th floor. We turned off the heat in our room, but it was still quite warm.

Clean

The ice machine on the second floor isn’t working and beeping the entire week. I told them the first day , but it didn’t change. Also I was on the second floor and woke up very morning and evening with heavy footsteps above my head. Annoying but can’t really be helped. Over all it was fine.

The staff was AMAZING! For the three I delt with for the 3 days they where wonderful! Remember where we where's from and returned a book we thought was left in the car. The staff returned it to her.

The pool was ice cold, and the hot tub wasn't even open. There was no chance to go visit a sister hotel in the area to swim either. The pull out sofa was very thin, so as a plus size person I could feel the bars that the mattress rested upon.

The pool being closed at 10pm we where there to participate in the Friday night lights football camp by the time we got back and changed the pool was closed would have been excellent if opened to 11 pm

Staff were great. It is very pet friendly. Sadly there was no hot water however the staff called to let us know and we stayed. I’m happy we did. It would have been a 10 with hot water!
