Complex is very nice and good organised. It was porfect for the vacation od my family. They have very nice beach and lot of threes for the shadow when day is too hot this is perfect. I hope we would come again in this complex

The spa was so so lovely had so many things in there. We had a suite which was very spacious and opened right out to the large grounds and very short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the suite, it came with dining table, sofa, TV, desk walking wardrobe and an additional separate toilet. Location was fantastic. Lots of amenities on site. Didn’t use the restaurant but looked big and over looked the pool. Pool was lovely - just had hardly any water in it. We only stayed for one night as we were only there for the gran Fondo race, however would have liked to spend another night or a whole day there to be able to make use of all the amenities and nearby activities. Secure Parking to use outside the hotel costs €5 extra per day. Parking a little further away is free.

Maybe because it was out of season, but the pool when we arrived was only half full. Pool area was a little worn and could be spruced up. The images of the beach beds on the beach were non-existent. The beach wooden beds on the ground had no cushions in them.

Very friendly staff, nice ambiance, lovely pool area with cozy places for sunbeds, fun pool programme (aqua gym was awesome!), very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, very nice spa which is free of extra charge

Food - it was good overall, however, there is still some room for improvement.

I was in the hotel years ago, I must highlight the food, the quality of which has improved a lot. Great beach, plenty of sunbeds, towels, parking, professional gym trainings, included in the price. Excellent facilities throughout the hotel. It's a pity that the hotel is already for children, in the past it was only adults. The beach is rocky, not suitable for children. Thank you, we will definitely be back again!

We had a great stay, the hotel is located bit further from the center of a village, right by the sea, which was nice and peacefull. The room was huge, pretty, tidy and even smelled fresh and clean. Great breakfast.

Should rethink their drinks menus and recipes, every time I got a drink was very dissapointing and didn't matched the prise.

I booked this room for my dad and I was a little scared, because this was for the first time him beeing alone on vacation and he is also currently using crutches after the injury. But from the moment we came to the hotel, I knew I've made the right decision to book this hotel. The personel was so friendly, they helped my dad all the time, he said to me every day "I feel like a king here". The room was nice, the hotel was clean, food was great, personel is really on TOP level. Not just that my dad wants to go back, I'm sure that I will book a vacation for me in this hotel for sure.

I was nicely surprised. Definitely not 5* hotel, but still nice and great location. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds. Bathrooms could use deep clean, but still ok. Private beach is amazing! Close by and suitable for kids. Towels provided by hotel. Staff was amazing!

Strong feeling of saving costs by management,low quality ingredients. Coffee was a nightmare, both restaurant and lobby bar. I liked the variaty of food for breakfast & dinners, although it lacked taste - fortunately salt and pepper saved nearly everything. Beverages for dinners are not included and very overpriced. Beach equipment needs renovation.

Great location, lots of tennis courts in front of the hotel. Close to main Umag tennis court. Room was perfectly OK but nothing to be to excited about. Good food at the restaurant. OK swimming pool area but again - nothing to fancy.

With dinner included in room price, no drinks are included with dinner - not even coffee or juice. Those are included with breakfast but not with dinner - I do not think that is OK.

inside pool was warm and nice Welness centre was also nice and clean. outside pool was very cold becasue of the season, but it would be nice to heatup water if they spend energy to use pumps for water circulation, so someone could use it.

if you are hungry after 23:00 you can't find food in that area, it would be good to have some sandwiches or toast options from the bar.

A very laid back location and hotel, I've relaxed and unwound so easily. The food is very nice a wide variety to suit every pallet I was worried after seeing some reviews but I was really pleased with the food on offer. The location was quiet and scenic but not really close to umag, easily reached by the wee train at a cost of 4 euro each way.

The swimming pool was cold and I feel that is not acceptable when you pay for a 5* hotel
