*Amazing small hotel on Ischia, like an Oasis, even in busy August *Great views over the ocean, best sunset spot *Very good breakfast and lunch (with veggies from their own garden!) *Neatly catered Garden, nice and resfreshing pool *Exceptional service, especially Francesco organized everything for us (restaurant and beach club reservations, boat rental,…) *No dinner at the hotel, yet two very good restaurants are only some steps away *Quite steep and narrow road leading to the hotel up on the hills, yet they offer very convenient shuttle services to the surrounding towns/beaches

It would be a long list… I will just highlight that people that work there, create wonderful experience and atmosphere that would be hard to rate in 10 scale rating.

I had to leave, i hated that.

Everything was just perfect! Nothing I will write can express how much we enjoyed the place. Do yourself a favor and just visit this amazing and unique hotel.

Beautiful setting high above the ocean with spectacular views and unobstructed views of the sunsets! Feels like a true oasis. Francesco with team made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped inside the door and really went out of their way to accommodate us with reservations at great restaurants both nearby and in Forio. A true pleasure and experience to be a guest at this wonderful boutique hotel during the 4 nights that we stayed here! The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from nearby towns which was much appreciated and well used. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite!

The lunch menu was quite limited and did not have too many exciting alternatives, perhaps understandable though at such a small place. No dinner service at the hotel which forces guests to either choose from two nearby restaurants (both within 200m walking distance) or take the shuttle to Forio.

Everything was wonderful. Everyone that works there is so giving and happy to help, be that bookings, travel or just information, they were all so caring and made our stay heavenly. The facilities are incredible, sat under the mountain with views on the best side of the island, incredible sunsets every night and breakfast was fantastic. They really look after you and make you feel so welcome and happy to be there. The massages were exceptional and I cannot thank the whole team/family for our stay, should be a 5 star hotel because they have perfected everything.

Staff was so helpful! Lunch and breakfast were delicious! The grounds and view were beautiful It was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. It is expensive getting around the island so the hotel shuttle service was greatly appreciated! They took us to Sant Angelo and back and forth to Forio many many times for free. And their taxi service was much cheaper than grabbing one off the street. 10/10 would love to come back!

Laundry service was clsoed the day we arrived so it took at few days to get our clothes back but they were beautifully laundered when we did finally receive them.

This is the best conceivable place one could imagine for quiet, comfortable solace, restoration, and serene pleasure in the most picturesque of environments. I give this place 10 out 10, and the extremely accommodating and nice staff 11 out of 10.

Jazz music at breakfast. I am aware that many places suffer from this condition. However, not all people have the fortitude to withstand dissonance challenges at such an early hour. Italian pop or schlager is a good option. Italian Baroque music (Rondo Venziano) would be perfect. I would not personally mind Italian symphonic power metal - which is among the best in the world with orchestras like Rhapsody of Fire, Labyrinth, Secret Sphere, Ancient Bard and of course Luca Turilli's Rhapsody, however I acknowledge that not all guests would share my sentiments although this music is far more accessible and sweet to the musical ear.

Beautiful property with wonderful grounds: there is a gorgeous pool and sunbathing area, a nice little bar and breakfast room and my room was large and situated perfectly for relaxing. My room was very spacious and private. There were adorable cats wandering around. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

I found the bed too hard (but this is very much personal preference) and I wish the kitchen of my room had been better equipped. There was also some construction going on, and a day where a team was filming content for, I assume, social media, which I found distracting and uncomfortable. But those things are unlikely to be common to an experience there. It is the only reason I didn’t give my experience a 10. Also, it is more remote than I had assumed, so getting around proved challenging. But that says more about my lack of knowledge of ischia than it does the hotel.

Alessandro, and his family, and team, run an amazing hotel. The hospitality here is next level. Absolutely nothing was a problem with Alessandro always on WhatsApp to help arrange meals, shuttle etc. The location is 5-10 mins up hill from Forio, it’s worth it though for the views and serenity. It feels like a 5 star resort, especially with the garden-room accommodation, which we stayed in as it was our honeymoon. Once again, thanks to all the team there, would highly recommend!

Fantastic location and a beautiful property!! It's located off the beaten path way up the hill, which was exactly what we wanted. The style and decor was absolutely lovely, and the grounds were so beautiful! The bed was comfortable, and the room was very spacious including the bathroom. We had an upstairs room with a lovely veranda with plenty of lounging/seating and beautiful views. There was a breakfast room and a bar, and the staff was the absolute best in taking care of us! They booked dinner reservations, transportation, a tour, and were responsive to every need we had. The location is quite remote, so getting around is dependent on their shuttle. The shuttle was always operating and convenient. Breakfast was included which was very lovely each day. The best croissants and cappuccino! There are two restaurants within walking distance that were fantastic, plus you could order delivery.

The shower was not very clean, it looked like it needed a good scrubbing to remove the mildew. Also the drain did not clear/was very slow. When we arrived the room had not been swept, but everything else was so perfect we never complained and when the cleaning service came the next morning they did do the floor at that time. One of the shuttle drivers was quite the aggressive driver (the younger gentleman between the two) especially for how narrow, winding, and tight the road is… many of us were nervous when he was behind the wheel (I'm pretty sure I must have dug my fingernails into the back of the seat.) However none of these things diminished our stay. We loved our visit!
