I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable accommodation in Görlitz. The check-in process was seamless, with the key card conveniently located in a key box upon arrival. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious, and featured a comfortable bed. Situated right next to the historic centre of Görlitz, the location was ideal for exploring the city. While there is no on-site parking, a public parking facility is available just across the street at a reasonable rate of €10 for 24 hours. Although we opted to explore the city during breakfast hours, the offerings looked appealing during our check-out. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting Görlitz.

Very clean and modern. The flats are very well equiped, the bedding very good. The hotel has a common room with kicker and table tennis. The staff is very nice. Everything is clean and well organised. Perfect also for groups. The location is atbthe border of the old tiwn area, everything can be done on foot.

Everything is very good. The only thing is that in the building with the flats there is no lift, sonyou need to carry your luggage up to the upper floors.

There is no lift in the building with the partments.

Everything looks as good as in the photos. Wide, comfortable, well located, chic and clean. The checkin totally easy and flexible to all time schedules. There was even coffee and tea in the kitchen free to use. Very handy

If I ought to say anything I would maybe say the mattress is a bit soft for me - which is such a personal thing. And slept anyway very well.

Perfect location - easy to walk to most of the restaurants and the tram, even the train station is just a 10min walk. The breakfast at VIAs is great as there aren't many breakfast options around - it's always the same though, but for what you're getting it's really good - buffet style with a coffee machine and always fresh fruits, croissants, rolls, jams, cheeses, cold meats, scrambled and boiled eggs etc. Would definitely come back here again. There's also a small library and entertainment area downstairs with table tennis and foosball - perfect for when you need to pass some time. If you're planning on staying at VIAs be sure to go out and about and explore.

We had a great experience at this apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Görlitz.

We really liked the accommodation. The building is beautiful, the rooms were very well equipped, everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also really liked the communal areas, we had great fun playing table tennis and table football! There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the food was good quality.

The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't close completely tight, so you had little privacy 😊

Exceptional breakfast buffet with huge variety of hot and cold offerings – everything looked freshly prepared. Presentation was beautiful. They accommodated our request for Gluten Free food graciously and provided excellent gluten free buns and seemed to understand the need to avoid cross-contamination. Lots of other options as well such as cheeses, yogurts and gluten free cereal. The property is a beautifully restored old building that blends modern tasteful decor with original historic elements. Public space on the ground level is huge with lots of seating and activity options, our room was huge with a large bathroom and shower. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything necessary for full meal preparation. We booked this property based on other high reviews, and even so our expectations were exceeded. We would definitely stay here again!

We have to stretch to find a fault... perhaps some more information in the room about the facility and amenities that are provided would be helpful. For non-German speakers, some information in English or French would be welcome. The original wooden floors in the rooms are very neat, but practically speaking there are a lot of cracks in which to lose small items. A few wall hooks in the bathroom near the shower or door would be convenient, as well as a soap dish in the shower.

Beautifully renovated most spacious apartment. Rustic with a modern touch. Quirky features like a crooked bedroom floor with the original floorboards which makes this authentic. Great bathroom with good quality towels. Air con in lounge and superb ceiling fan in bedroom if required! Shower lets it down a bit - we were on the top floor so perhaps this affects the water pressure and it takes a long time to shower but this didn’t trouble us and there is the option to run a quick bath! We loved spending time in the apartment itself it was so comfortable and atmospheric. Close enough to the beautiful old town. Good arrangement with garage across the road for safe parking at 6 euros per day for longer stays. Easy to ‘cross the border to Poland’ over the historic old bridge. Option of breakfast in a really lovely lounge area though we chose to self cater as loved dining in! Lovely helpful and friendly staff. One of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. Would love to visit again

A spiral staircase with steep steps leads to the apartment. For an elderly person it creates some problem.
