Fabulous location. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. It’s is less than 10 minutes from the old town and maybe 15 from the castle and the Town Hall Museum, which was our favourite place in Kaunas. Same distance to the Devil Museum and the art museum. The funicular was closed when we got to it so we didn’t get to go on it. We were delighted when we got to the hotel to see a huge Easter market right outside the hotel. It’s was great seeing the traditional dancing and traditional clothes, and all the local crafts and food. Our room was right beside the lift so I thought it would be noisy but we didn’t hear a sound, from the lift or other rooms. We slept so well, the beds were v comfortable. I would really recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I was coming back to Kaunas. Check out Holy Donot near the old town for a great breakfast, it expensive but huge portions. We had dinner in Casa Bella Pasta in the old town which was lovely. And in Wood Fire Kitchen, up to the left when you exit the hotel, which was also lovely.

Really lovely hotel experience, super central location with a really nice spacious/airy room, with lots of natural light and big windows :) Nice views out of the window too, facing onto the main street (my room was front facing). Really spacious room with lots of room for luggage and the bed was lovely and comfy. There was a good sized mini fridge, too. The staff was lovely, very helpful and kind. The breakfast was nice too and there was a communal coffee machine, where you could take drinks away with you anytime. The location is very convenient, with an Iki express shop literally next door and a Caffeine opposite (and there is a bus stop for getting the no.29 bus to the airport about a 2 min walk away from the hotel entrance (behind the musical theater).

There was no kettle and tea/coffee in the room itself, and that is always a good addition. No bathroom minis to take, which isn't essential but is always nice!

We loved the central location from which we could easily walk into the old town.There were many restaurants within a few minutes walk . Our room was spacious and comfortable but we found noise from extractor vents quite intrusive at night., Breakfast was OK but items needed to be more regularly replenished especially the fruit and salad. Items.

Our room number 401 had two extractor vents immediately outside the window on either side. Had we realised before unpacking we would have asked to change as we were there for three nights. It meant we couldn’t have the window open for fresh air at night and even with the window closed the noise was intrusive… the only place we experienced noise at night on a four week trip in the region.

Very good location, on pedestrian Laisves alley. Rooms are quite basic, but everything is there: AC, minibar, smart TV, excellent WIFI signal, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is friendly. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. About 20 min walk to the old town. I'd definitely recommend.

there are only 2 power outlets which are places extremely inconvenient. One you can find behind the pillows, another one in behind the TV, but you need to unplug- either bedside lamp or another lamp. Basically there are no "free" outlets. Even though there is no sound from the street, but soundproofing is not very good.

The room was quiet and clean, the staff were very thoughtful, helpful, friendly and very welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast and a cup of tea in the evening too. Thank you!

The only downside I'd say is the TV in the breakfast room, it was on playing music videos and the screen was quite large. I had young children with me and they were very distracted by it. It is a shame to have it on at all as the room overlooks beautiful streets below and you could hear the birds if the TV wasn't on. I would have preferred my breakfast to be quiet surrounded by natural sounds.

The hotel was fantastic! It’s conveniently located with easy access to the main boulevard, a beautiful pedestrian street lined with trees and no cars, perfect for leisurely strolls. It’s also just a short walk to all the shops, and there’s a lovely, cosy park nearby for some quiet time. The parking was good, though you do need to call a specified number to open the gates, which was manageable. The rooms were incredibly cosy, with comfy beds and large balconies overlooking the stunning pedestrian boulevard. Breakfast was another highlight – a decent variety that had something for everyone. Overall, a great stay!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and maintained well. Omelette was nice, but always luke warm. Coffee is very good.

The beds are very low, and matresses are soft. Pillows are too soft. Lift can only take two people at one time. The entry wasn't cleaned daily, was dusty and rubbish lying around (we left at 10 am, and when returned around 8 p.m., the rubbish was still there) Breakfast - the food( omlette, sausages, etc)was cold despite I was coming for breakfast early (7.30 - 7.40am) Having room facing Laisves aleja was annoying at night as it is very noisy by drunks from near by bars, so couldn't open the balcony at night.

The hotel is in the city centre of Kaunas, which is great as everything, including the town hall and the castle, is within walking distance. We were greeted at the reception on the second floor and were given some complimentary tea or coffee as we waited for the check-in. The room is simple but comfortable and compact, with everything you need.

The bathrooms are clean and have everything you need but are not very appealing. The elevator is compact and can only hold about three people at the same time despite the 600KG+ weight limit and 6 People Max.

I travelled over by myself and my aunt joined me for the last few days. I asked them about adding her to my room and it was no problem at all and not expensive to do it. It is so close to everything. The location was perfect, so close to everything. And the room we had was lovely. We had a balcony and the views of the pedestrian street was beautiful both day and night. Definitely reccomend it.

Bathroom looked slightly dated but was clean and very spacious, compared to other hotel rooms I’ve stayed. The room was huge, plenty of space, comfortable, I slept really well, it was quiet. I had some concerns having read some reviews about the noise coming from the vent pipes, which had affected the sleep for other people who’d stayed here. My room was facing the internal courtyard so was away from the pedestrian street and possible noise, however the vent pipes are located in the courtyard where my room was facing, and they started making noise in the morning, but I was already awake, so my sleep wasn’t disturbed. The huge plus was that the window can fully open and I could get plenty of fresh air. I cannot comment on the aircon, as I didnt need to use it. The kettle was provided to me at reception - I asked for this before my arrival and this was given to me when I was checking in. My TV, sadly, didn’t work, but as there are no phones in the room, I didn’t want to go in my pyjamas downstairs to Reception to inform them. This was the only downside. The staff at Reception were great. I checked in past midnight, the person at the desk was very helpful. When my room key wasn’t working, the receptionist walked up to my room with me to make sure the key replacement had no issues this time and I wouldn’t need to make any more trips to Reception. When I was checking out, the two ladies at Reception were equally helpful. I find that Customer service in Lithuania is very often hit and miss, as a customer, in many places you are made to feel as an inconvenience , however I felt no such attitude at this hotel. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. I’d definitely recommend to stay here.

No phones in the room. I wouldn’t have minded however when I learnt that my TV wasn’t working, having a telephone in the room would’ve helped to inform staff, otherwise - not a massive issue. TV sound could’ve helped to drown out the noise from the pipes which started making noise in the morning. When I opened the window, a very strong cigarette smell filled my room. I don’t know whether this was the hotel staff smoking (as I heard them talking very loudly), or other hotel guests but it meant that I couldn’t keep my window opened. The room location being in the internal courtyard means that if someone is smoking in that courtyard, then the smell lingers in this closed area for a very long time, and prevented me from having my window open.
