The place is nice, but with a small surrounding area. It is very clean. The hosts are very polite. The house is close to the main pedestrian street, where you can find a variety of beach bars and restaurants. The beach is huge, with also free of charge beach area.

The pool is small, shallow, it can only be used by small kids, and it is closed in the afternoon. The property is next to the main road of Nea Iraklitsa and it is very noisy. You can not relay on preparing your own food in the room ,as it does not have a proper place or equipment for cooking, but this was expected (the photos of the room corresponded quite well to the reality).

Excellent hotel! Nice big rooms, very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean! Everything is just perfect! Rooms have AC and plenty of storage space, lovely balconies with sunshades. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are also provided. The swimming pool and the area around it is lovely. The water is cleaned every day and it’s a pleasure to swim or simply to relax in the beautiful green garden. Very high standards! Amazing! The staff are very nice people, always there for you when you need them. They gone above and beyond to make us feel special and happy! So grateful for having us and creating such a great holiday!

I can’t think of anything that needs to be improved or changed.

Close proximity to all of the best beaches in Kavala which you need to drive to regardless and the value of having a pool at the property was great (not many of those around for the price that this hotel offers). The owners were very kind friendly and hospitable. Easy to communicate with and had great recommendations for the area.

The shower in the room could use an upgrade, water was splashing all over the place when in use, a shower curtain would have done the job. The pool hours could be better, we hated that they closed from 3-7pm.

Very friendly hosts, Zanna and his husband were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the privacy of our room with sew vie balcony. The beach is near, the store is near, the biggest taverna is near, and finally you are a little bit off of the crowds. There is also a pool, which was great and we enjoyed in one windy and wave day, when children couldn't swim in the sea. I recommend the hotel by heart, it was peaceful and great for our family vocations with two kids. Thank you very much for the hospitality and the gifts!

The rooms were cleaned daily. New towels and sheets every 2 days. Large balcony with seaside view and shaders. Kind host and attentive to requests.

Freezer door broken. Very small kitchen area next to the bathroom and entrance doors. Small shower space.

Staff not in your way, but at the same time all facilities and common areas are spotless. The rooms are being cleaned every day. The view is beautiful! Nothing negative can be said about this place even if you try hard. I'm going again next summer no doubt.

The facilities in general although a bit old, everything worked perfectly. The owners are lovely people.

The access to the beach is very ugly. You have to cross a stretch of land under construction. The beach was not very pleasant with lots of stones in the water which didn't feel pleasant either.

The location is perfect. Park your car and everything is walkable. Very nice people, daily clean (beds also), nice garden with a pool. Big fridge in the kitchen unit, what very nice in the summertime!

The hosts and staff are very nice and welcoming. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a family stay. The hotel is very clean and very close to the beach. We had a beautiful sea view from the balcony. There are two big supermarkets in the vicinity.

It was a perfect choice - the owners very helpful and friendly. Quiet and calm place - if you do not need to go to the sea you can use swimming pool! I strongly recommend- for sure we will be back!
