The location is terrific. It is a few blocks off of the main drag where supermarkets, drugstores etc...are a 10 minute walk away. And it is also so it is nice and quiet. The unit was very clean.

We were only staying a few nights, but the light and electrical outlet in the bedroom was a bit of a pain. Even an extension cord run along the base board would've been a big improvement. It didn't make a difference to us as we had family around the corner and were all gathering there each day, but there is very little outdoor space. Just two chairs and a table out front.

Floor was not clean, and no washer and dryer.

We arrived very late as the airline changed the schedule. Alex our host contacted us at every stage to make sure that we could access the property and had arrived safely. His communication was reassuring and helpful. The following day he provided us with excellent local advice on good restaurants. He was constantly supportive without being intrusive. The local area was safe and friendly. A great place to walk/run around where people said hello! The property was perfect for us with two double rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The excellent laundry facility was a real bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Outstanding value for money. Fort Lauderdale was a great place to stay and the beach was wonderful.

There was nothing about the accommodation or location that was negative, Five fabulous days of relaxation in wonderful Fort Lauderdale.

We enjoyed the property very much. Good location, super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. The property was in a quiet residential neighborhood a little over a mile from the closest water taxi stop (which we recommend as it's a great way to get around and see everything if you don't have a car) and about 2 miles to the beach, both easily walkable. It's about 20 min by car to the cruise port and 20-25 min from the airport. There were 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a futon in the living room area and it was clean with plenty of towels. It's great for 2-3 couples or a small family. There was a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and small Keurig-style coffee maker. The nearest grocery is about a little over a mile walk. Communication from the host was excellent and we enjoyed a few of his dinner recommendations.

We found the beds too soft for our liking, but we like firm beds, so it's really just a personal preference. We wished there was a heavier blanket available for the beds. The home was suitable for our needs but was a bare-bones type of place, so if you want a full kitchen to cook your own meals, a yard, pool, or a place near the "action", this wouldn't work for your needs. Also, we found it odd that the toilet paper was hung on a rack attached to the tank and was difficult to reach. We recommend a wall dispenser or a floor stand to make access easier, especially for people who have back/shoulder problems and can't twist to reach it. :-)

Nicely decorated and easy to get a pizza delivered. It was a beautiful area and the condo fit the 6 of us with no problem. The property owner was easy to communicate with and reservations went smoothly.

Everything was great. Probably would add a reusable Kurig filter to the silverware drawer.. Putting a sign on the disposal switch would help notify everyone that the switch was not a light switch. Everything was wonderful though.

The property was well located and close to the places we wanted to visit. The neighborhood is safe and the property was clean and what was pictured on the website. Our host, Alex, went out of his way to share a list of restaurants we can visit and he would message regularly if we needed anything. I would recommend this place if you need one at Fort Lauderdale.

This place is super and the Alex is the bomb. The place is very well located, in a quite neigbourhood. Very spacious living room and two bedroom both having their own bathroom, super. Plenty of twoles and very clean. Kitchen is super nice as well, having all you need, also a place to dine if you want to. TV has all on demand apps you can think off. Car can be parked in front of the house. Groceries are very close by. Alex gave us some great tips for restaurants and places to go, we loved it. We are definitely coming back again!

He was incredibly flexible and accommodating, going above and beyond to adjust to our schedule and needs without hesitation. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful quiet street in a lovely area. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Alex from the moment of booking helped me with everything. Where to eat, shop, how to get from the airport, checked in with me during our stay to see if I needed anything. The Condo and area felt safe, air con worked great, perfect for a longer stay. I would definitely stay again.

Tea bags and sugar would have been excellent. UK thing!
