Good location with easy ski in and ski out. Excellent staff in hotel who were very attentive and pleasant to deal with. We were on B&B and Breakfast was very good with broad choice and good service. Great ski shop in basement of hotel, with really helpful staff.
They have a drain issue on the second floor, which the staff acknowledged. Our bathroom stank of sewage with the odour coming from the drains of the shower and basin, permeating our whole room. We had to keep windows open the whole time and close the bathroom door. Be wary of staying on the second floor until they fix it.

Amazing location. Generally great service at the hotel. Bar & restaurant fantastic.
Was really disappointed in the concierge service before my trip. I wrote to them 3 times to help with restaurants etc and never had a reply! Not good for a hotel this expensive.

Location and staff are great
Food is bad. This is the second year I stay at carlina and it really tastes bad. The pasta is always undercooked. The burger sauce is really bad. The breakfast food is not that much.
