I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the hotel, we stayed at this hotel before Venice, the owner greeted us warmly, told us where to go in Venice, gave us a bottle of prosecco, since from the 15th all the cafes in the area were closed, unfortunately we remained hungry, but the owner's mother came and helped us order a very tasty pizza for which we thank her very much, I would also like to note the breakfast, it was great, I recommend it, 10/10!!!

The house, the food, the location. Everything was excelent. The accommodation is in a quiet neighbourhood with villas. We were spoiled at the breakfast (both regular and sweets) by Rina, the owner who is an amazing lady! The terrace is very nice. There are also 2-3 restaurants for all prices at around 10 min walking. By car in 20min we were at Mestre train station from where we took the train to Venice St. Lucia Station. There is also a train station 20-30 min walking from the accommodation if you don't come by car.

Nice and clean room with porch, breakfast was great, Rina helps us a lot whit informations about area and took us to a train to Venezia and save us time. Also comunication was easy. Rina speaks English. Train to Venezia is 30 minutes by walking or 10 minutes by car. Taxi cost 20 Euro. Airport is 10 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus. Taxi costs 50 Euro. Bus is 4 Euro. Better to take a car for people who don't want to walk a lot.

My stay was really great. Owner was superfriendly and helpful. The room was very clean, bed really comfortable (i want pillows like that in my home :D). Small wonderful details, like make-up removal pads, extra heater, tea in your room. From treviso you can take a bus, that takes you almost to the b&b. I will definetely come here again :)

The guesthouse is located in the small, quiet town of Preganziol, from which there are frequent trains to Venice (journey time about 30 minutes), and the train station is a 25-minute walk from the guesthouse (the road goes along the main street, so it is safe even In the evening); The room was very clean, cozy, equipped in accordance with the offer; it was cleaned every day; The owner of the guesthouse is a very nice, sympathetic and helpful person who greeted us every day at a very good breakfast. One day, she offered us a ride to the station by car, for which we thank You again. I recommend the place to people who want to rest in peace and quiet after a full of impressions sightseeing in Venice.

The guest house was beautiful, and the room very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was idea, as well as the parking arrangements. My host was extremely friendly and polite.

Nothing, every aspect of the stay met, or exceeded, my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for anything differently.

The transportation to and from the railway station is a problem as there are no public transportation options. The Owner Carina picked me up from station ( thanks to her) but on the way back return I was very frustrated and no one spoke English to communicate finally Owner Carina arranges a Limousine to station which charged me quite a bit for the short ride.

Good location, Venice can be easy reached by car. Very nice and friendly host lady, the room with the Italian charm was big and clean. The breakfast was good. And ... when we left we got a little present from the host lady...traditional Venetian biscuits. Super good!

There was NOTHING to be disliked!

The guesthouse is very comfortable and cosy. The room was super clean and pleasant to stay. Every tiny detail including micellar water for women. Rina was very hospitable and served us a very tasty breakfast. Grazie

Rina’s hospitality was exceptional, it was truly like being at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean, in a newly renovated building. The location is within 10 minutes drive from train station to go to Venice. Could not recommend enough, we’ll certainly be back if we visit the area again.
