Excellent service and the staff were very helpful and even went out of their way to help. All staff spoke very good english. We had a train to memmingen and unfortunately all trains were cancelled as we got to the station due to a snow storm, they organized a taxi to pick us up from the train station within a few minutes. Very worth it! With the price you pay, you’ll also have included - good variety of breakfast (exceptional views), bus tickets which take you to the island (for all they days you’ll be staying at the hotel), also the bus stop is only a minute walk from the hotel. Definitely recommend!

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a good selection of things. Room was quiet and beds were comfy. Fabulous high pressure shower in good size bathroom.

There was only really one place to eat within walking distance. Used the free train and bus to go into Lindau Island which is good.

We are Australians on a little European trip around Switzerland and other localities. This location was used as stop whilst on our travels from Shaffhausen. The Hotel was easy to find, upon arrival met by staff with great courtesy and even spoke moderate English to assist. The rooms whilst small were necessary for sleep. They were very clean and well presented. The cost was reasonably priced. Locality was good as it was very close to Lindau Centre which was our first stop the next morning. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend rather than paying lots for Lindau Centre.

We started the European tour in April 2022. We toured in 1 month Spain 1 month France 1 month Germany. We stayed in dozens of hotels. We decided by hand that this is our favorite hotel. because there is a balcony, the sun does not come directly to the room, the room overlooks the forest, there are no flies, no mosquitoes, there are twin beds. The person in charge at the reception gave us very good information about our travel in the surrounding area. (thanks to him)breakfast was very good and 3 people were working to serve it. kind people. Cleanliness is very good, parking is very good, large and free,(I think. )There is a very large park next to the hotel, where children can run and walk. Getting to the hotel is very easy, just take the bus no. 4 in the direction of aldwin. train station 5 minute walk.there is restaurant and bier garten around. We will come back next year.

We had not realised the distance to Lindau and arrived 7pm for a one night stopover so drove to Lindau as it would have been a 30min walk. Hotel bar closes at 8pm though this was not a problem for us.

A super hotel just a short bus ride away from the centre, with the bus stop just near the hotel. Excellent bedroom and bathroom, spotlessly clean and well appointed, modern feel throughout. Friendly and helpful staff, good to get free local bus travel pass whilst we stayed. Nice breakfast included. Very quiet location, no problem parking on site, a perfect stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The free train/bus pass was a surprise bonus as we had to use the train to get into Lindau.

The bar wasn't really a bar, just part of the reception. There were no lights at the car park behind the hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area 30 minutes walk from Lindau and 5 minutes from Bodensee. Free parking. Very good breakfast. Nice and friendly personal.

The mandatory use of masks is becoming a dated policy. Having travelled on aeroplanes and through busy terminals without one, it would seem completely illogical for it to be demanded by staff to walk to a breakfast bar whilst being surrounded by people sitting down without them! It never was logical and it is time to move on.

Lovely choice at breakfast. Reception staff were extremely helpful . Sorting out a taxi for us and finding and booking somewhere to eat.
