The food and staff were amazing. All the restaurants are top notch. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The resort itself is beautiful.

The entertainment could be doing with being better. Very repetitive and the DJ needs to shake up what they play given its couples across a lot of ages a lot of the DJ music was head thumping stuff. The rooms and things round the resort could be cleaner we often had dirty glasses and cutlery. Shower in our room wasn’t the cleanest neither was the toilet. My feet were really dirty from the floor could do with a deep clean. It’s a little bit rude of the AI finishing at 6pm the literally then just ignore you. Especially when flights in are generally late at night so you miss a day of AI that you pay for

In the morning at 07:30, all sunbeds are already reserved, even though it says that this is not allowed. This was a bit annoying as you always had to wake up early to be able to get a sunbed.

The resort is stylishly designed with light colors, including blue, brown, and white. It’s the perfect size—not too big and not too small. You can walk anywhere in just a few minutes. There are several large pools, amazing bars, and a fun, friendly staff. The evening shows are delightful for adults and can certainly spark romance between couples. The food options are varied. If you enjoy Israeli cuisine, I highly recommend dining at La Parilla for both lunch and dinner. Make sure to download the Stella app to view the menu and book a reservation as soon as you arrive. Opt for the all-inclusive package, especially if you plan to spend the entire day at the hotel. It includes a variety of alcoholic beverages, brunch, dinner, and plenty of other options. If you're traveling in October, pack a jacket, as the nights can get chilly. You can still enjoy swimming during the day if the sun is shining and even get a nice tan. ***If you travel there, please, please get me the recipe for the "Por Star Martini." It’s the best cocktail I’ve ever tasted! My Instagram is noharbatit. 🙏🏼😅 I forgot to ask the bartender.*** Enjoy!

Good was very good, everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful

We certainly did enjoy but we did miss the beach and we were a bit disappointed that there was no beach

All inclusive cuts off at 23:00 but the entertainment carry’s on it’s like they trying to get you to spend more money when the hotel is already expensive.

The hotel is beautiful and the food was good in the majorly of the restaurants, the staff are amazing and very on-hand during the day. The spa is 10/10, I had 3 hours worth of treatments and it was worth every penny and the shop opposite the resort is really cute.

Unfortunately they do not inform you before that the all inclusive ends at 11pm and is not available in your room, you have to pay 8€ every time you order to your room. Drinks and food. The entertainment cuts off at 11pm and then everyone goes to bed, which was slightly odd. You also are only able to book 3 of the restaurants on a 5 night stay, so you have no choice but to use the standard buffet on the other days for other meal times.

Amazing resort, room, drinks, food and staff. Everything was perfect and more. Truly all inclusive food and drink experience (excluding premium wines as you would expect). My partner was Gluten Free and they took it all very seriously, and ensured he was fully educated about all the food and what he could and couldn't have. They also ensured he had a special dessert created for him ready, and filled the Mini Bar with Gluten Free beer. Hospitality was exemplary, particularly from Eleni in La Parilla who was faultless and made us feel like one of the family in a matter of days.

Wish they provided a mechanism to be able to formally feedback on staff that went above and beyond and provide a way/process to tip. The music playlist was rather small and became a little grating by the end of the holiday hearing the same songs over and over again, they should add a lot more songs or have a mix without vocals.

Not premium All Inclusive and very limited branded drinks. 3 not the best red wines & 3 white As a 5 Star Luxury Resort i would expect premium drinks as standard Seemed spotless everywhere apart from our shower & sink area! Shower definitely not cleaned properly and the grout and silicone seals all need re doing. Bad build up of limescale on shower door handle and tap
