All the little things make the hotel so perfect for me. The pool direct in front of my room, top breakfast nearby, short way to Naiharn and Yanui Beach, Garage for my scooter, easy to order food, cheap drinks in the hotel, super comfortable bed, cheap laundry service, clean rooms and everything is not only there it is working. Really all you need and often miss in other hotels.Not to mention friendly, competent and helpful staff.

Rawai itself is a bit of a chaos.

Great hotel, it was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the pool area and Rawai itself is lovely although I would say you need a moped to get around as it’s an hour and a half walk from the closest beach.

Only thing which wasn’t ideal was feeling like the staff was trying to get us out as quickly as possible on checkout today and the fact you can only get one key and the door automatically locks itself with nobody on site in the evening.

We are here for Sinbi Muay Thai. Very safe to walk. Our room face the pool and it's spacious. It's not touristy area, but location is good enough to travel around. There are local night market nearby, massage, cafe and food. We loved the laundry service. Send in the morning after workout and able to receive clean clothes by evening. We feel comfortable during our stay. Simple and easy going staff. They try their best to maintain the place.

Beautiful hotel! Such good value for money, big rooms, very clean, lovely balcony looking over the pool. Pool area was lovely and quiet. If you’re looking for a quieter area to stay in I would definitely recommend Z&Z, we didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle and this was the perfect compromise. We just got grab cars/bikes to places and was very easy. If you want to rent bikes you can do this from the hotel. 7/11 a couple mins walk away and other restaurants and shops very close. The staff were so lovely, we were very delayed coming in and their communication was amazing and let us check in at 3am.

The location was great. Super close to Sinbi Muay Thai gym. Nice restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood.

The ventilation in the hallway was quite loud and so was the AC. I turned the AC off right before I went to bed so I could sleep better. It actually didn’t get that hot in the room at night.

Good size rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice quiet area, with some bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Good parking for cars or motorbikes.

They charge a damage deposit of 1,000 Baht that is refundable when you depart, but if you have an early departure, there is no one at reception until 9am.

Perfect location for training at sinbi muay thai which is literally a 3minute walk or something, very clean great friendly staff, the on site laundry service was amazing, cannot fault the place and will definitely use again

We had a room with pool access and it was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived late in the evening and I was still able to contact them and they got us checked in. I would recommend renting a bike to get around the area.

Great value for money! Beautiful, spacious rooms, really friendly staff, decent location. Air conditioner was also placed really well for my taste (far away from bed) so we wouldn't get sick.

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved, it was a bit dark.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The interior of the hotel is stylish, the staff is friendly. Breakfasts were tasty. The only improvement I recommend is putting electrical kettles into each room and keeping the area with a communal microwave much cleaner.
