This is corrective information only. Precious and the gentleman at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Really, there were no major issues, but the refrigerator was missing a piece that kept them from falling out of the door. After getting out of the shower. I found there wasn't a blow dryer in the room. Precious took care of the problem in a timely manner. The elevators were malfunctioning, and I was worried that we would get stuck in it. Also someone needs to go through the towels, and a few of them need to be replaced. Over all these are minor issues and considering being short staffed and the Holiday we were fine. Husband has been battling Cancer and we just needed to get away.

The room and accommodations were nice, just a few very small issues.

I liked that they had the option for a crib when traveling with a baby.

They hold a deposit on the room , and do not return it. Our room was not trashed and we did not take anything but I never received my deposit back. Be mindful of that before staying here.

Our room had a weird chemical smell, that was easily noticed when entering room. The smell would seem to dissapate aftwr being in the room for a few minutes.

The only item I liked that I ordered was the fruit cup and everything else was not so great!

The coffee, oatmeal & bagels were hard and not so tasty.

Location was good. We were attending a wedding in Katy. Room spacious, good layout. Quiet and comfortable. Staff at check in accommodating. Asked to be away from the elevator at end of transaction and this was done with no problem.

Would like to get good brewed coffee at the hotel without paying Starbuck's prices. The option to buy coffee/meals/drinks is provided on main floor but all were a little pricey. However, I was not looking for food or happy hour, just a coffee station with better coffee than what you can make in your room. Also, the catalytic converter was stolen from our vehicle during the night. I do not blame that on hotel as it is a big problem right now. And, we parked away from the front door. But, we did learn there are no cameras at hotel so feel this should be mentioned.

Bathroom not fully cleaned and had a bad odor. No free breakfast

Property was clean. The room was spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Members of my family were disappointed that we were limited as to what foods we could bring in for our family reunion.

It was very comfortable. Love the design of the room and everything worked. Ac was great and staff very kind.

Bar closed to early.
