The food was extremely excellent. I enjoyed the lounge area, pool, hot tub, rooms were clean and the beds were extra comfy for myself. I loved i got a few free drinks just wish more selection. Also a really big shout out to the staff. My daughter left her ipods. I went back and they found them thankfully and gave them back to us. Extremely happy about that. Honest nice people.

Showers kinda take a awhile for the hot water to turn on. Kinda gotta leave it on for a little for the water to be hot. Waste a lot of water , i hate doing. And there wasn't a fridge in the room to keep my things cold and a microwave. And didn't see one in the lounge. After hours i would like to reheat something or whatever. Other that that no issues.

We liked how management moved us from a room that smelled funny to another with understanding and politeness. The hotel was very clean, showers had good pressure, and the beds were clean.

They only had two elevators by the desk, which helped with security; but When there is a birthday party, family reunion, soccer team, and everyone else stay at the same hotel. Only two elevators becomes inconvenient for a family that has a 2yr old taking concrete stairs while carrying luggage because the elevators are so full that by the time everyone off loads the doors shut and go to another floor. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was very good. The food was of good quality. The staff was great!! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay very enjoyable. We absolutely enjoyed the evening happy hour with appetizers and drinks. It is kid friendly, also. There was a manager named Jordan who was very friendly and even cleaned tables.

The bed had candy wrappers and dust under it. Also, they could have put trash bags in the trash cans. Maybe some makeup remover wipes would be a good idea.

I always love how clean it is and the staff are always friendly. The food/snacks are always a plus and the soda machine is nice as well as the adult beverages they offer to guest.

I don't like how they shut the soda machines off at curtain times. I feel like for the price you pay ($200 a night basically) you should beable to have access to it whenever you want! And the food choices have always been the same I feel like they could mix it up and try to make it a little more exciting.

I was upgraded to a room with a whirlpool bath, which was just delightful. Breakfast, as advertised, was amazing. The parking is all around the hotel, and once you check in, there are multiple perimeter doors that you can use (very handy). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a positive experience.

I might redecorate a bit, but that really made no difference in terms of comfort.

Elaine helped us check in and she was beyond helpful, she was friendly and caring she answered all our questions and explained everything to us about breakfast dinner and happy hour with drinks included she also explained the pool and hot tub rules and hours. She was also there when we checked out and asked about our stay. But I appreciate Elaine for her excellent customer service!!

Happy hour should be until at least 9-10 with people traveling and working we missed happy hour

The staff and Brandon, the Manager were very nice. Loved the breakfast and the refreshments during the afternoon daily time. They have the best TV channels of any hotel I have been to. The safety of the hotel was top tier.

The toilet in the bathroom because I could not book an accessible room. The toilet was too low for me. A suggestion is to put a bar by all rooms toilet to assist. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.

I enjoy the staff at this location. They are always very pleasant and welcoming. The kitchen staff is amazing breakfast is a must. We don't mind spending a little extra with the quality we receive.

There has not been anything I have not liked at the grove city location. I cannot say the same about the other locations. The biggest complaint I would have is not with the staff or facility but more with the few parents that lack the ability to control their children in public places.

Well Saturday night I was in the 5th floor next to a very loud room and it went on for a few hours and involved several rooms. I heard the front desk come to their room twice and try to quiet them down nicely and then at 1am the police showed up and calmly removed them from the premises. I was finally able to go to sleep and felt safe. I thank them for taking care of this manner

Everyone was very nice and polite. All of the staff spoke to us and were very helpful. Great location for shopping and eating out. Anything you need is very close distance. My granddaughter and her friend really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. The rooms were very nice,clean,and spacious. I can't say anything negative. It was all great!

It was a great place, and we had a great time! I can not say anything negative what so ever!
