We enjoyed our time in The Ringling Beach House. Really great location for the beach and the village, Susan and the team were very friendly and responsive, the pool area was lovely, in general a good place to relax. We stayed in 'Ringmaster' which was OK, not a big space, but it was fine for our needs (family of four). Small kitchen but enough for some basic cooking.

We didn't have any issues, so there was nothing in particular that we didn't like. The only thing I could suggest as improvement is linking specific photos to the listed apartments, on the booking websites, so it's possible to see which apartment you are booking and what to expect. I appreciate that it may have been difficult to do while the rooms were still being refurbished following the hurricanes.

This location can't be beat. It's only an 8-10 minute walk into the Siesta Village. The beach access is right across the street. We used Beach access #9, but you could easily use #10 also. It's a really short walk to the beach. I like this location because it is away from the main Siesta Beach and not as crowded. The property is great. Most everything was very clean and decorated very cute. We stayed in the Ringmaster room/s. The kitchen has most everything you need for basic cooking. There are not any food essentials except coffee and some sugar/sweetener packets. There is also not an ice maker or ice cube trays. We walked back to the room each day to have our lunch and take a break from the sun. The property was great for the 2 of us. It might be a little cramped for 4 people. The little sitting area outside our front door was nice. I sat out there most mornings and read because it was shaded. The beach towels they provided were also great and nice quality.

The place was pretty clean. The furniture seemed new and I really liked the linens on the bed. The shower could have used some extra care. I know it's hard to get the mold out of every shower, but this one needs some extra scrubbing in the grout areas. I wish we would have had better beach equipment. A lot of the chairs were broken down and falling apart. There were also not enough. On the 3rd day of or stay there were not enough chairs for us to go to the beach. Some of the umbrellas were also not in good shape. Our upstairs neighbors were also a little noisy. One night there were clomping around up there until midnight.

We stayed in the Villa. The property had curb appeal from front to back yard. A nice semi-circle driveway that can easily fit three cars. We loved the beautiful, colorful plants (bougainvillea especially) in the backyard and the lighting at night that accented the plants, trees, and pergola on the patio, making the atmosphere cozy and special. The inside was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and so were the pillows. The only beds we didn't use were the bunk beds, so I can't speak to those. The AC worked great and kept us cool all day long. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the abundance of nice dishware, glassware, and mugs. There was plenty of silverware, cooking utensils, good knives, and appliances (i.e., Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker, Toaster, electric kettle, stove top kettle, and even a Blender!) There were other little extras too, like foil, press and seal wrap, ziplock bags, some spices, sunscreen, mini shampoos, and soap. Out by the pool, they had a wonderful propane grill that we used to cook burgers, floats for the pool, lounge chairs and off to the side of the house, they had a couple of beach chairs, beach body boards, a beach wagon and umbrella and even a cooler (lrg.) if you needed one. We had nice towels in each bathroom for everyone and wonderful beach towels to take to the beach. The furniture in the Villa looked new, and all was very comfortable. There was a large TV in each bedroom and each living room. There were board games, cards, and paddleball for the beach. The beach was a short 3-minute walk, and the restaurants and shops were only a 10-minute walk. It was nice and quiet at night.

1) The only thing we needed and couldn't find was a cloth dishrag or sponge for the kitchen to wipe down counters and the stove. We had to try to clean the counters and stove with paper towels. If you wanted to wash a glass or a few dishes by hand instead of using the dishwasher, we only had a long-handled scrub brush that you fill with dishsoap. 2) It would also be nice to have hand towels for each bathroom to dry your hands. 3) I'd also suggest providing a make-up remover cloth or a couple of disposable ones to avoid staining towels. Otherwise, no complaints. The property was lovely, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We'd love to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Ringling Beach House. The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the beach, which is very convenient. The property is clean and well-maintained, with a pool and BBQ area. The room itself was tidy and comfortable.

The only downside was that on the second day, the code lock on the door stopped working, and there was no safe in the room. This caused some inconvenience. We hope the management addresses this for future guests.

Excellent location opposite one of the top 50 beaches in the world - nice pool too - clean and well equipped room - two bedrooms and a shared showerroom. Beach equipment - chairs and an unberella and a trolley to carry them in supplied, nice touch. Staff are are on hand and great. There is a free trolley bus that runs up the promenade here to take you to the cafes and restaurants and shops, but you are better walking - onlt 6 mins away.

Siesta Key is one of Florida's most beautiful beaches, and The Ringling Beach House is perfectly located right across the street from it. This allows for easy beach access without the crowds. The nearby trolley stop makes visiting Siesta Key Village a breeze, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The property offers a serene atmosphere with a beach house vibe. The property manager, Roberto, was fantastic, providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in. Overall, The Ringling Beach House is an excellent choice for a relaxing beach getaway with convenient access to local attractions.

It was quaint and perfect size for us. Parking was great and convenient location for us to see all the businesses around. Never got bothered by staff. They had several wagons with beach chairs and items to use free which was super helpful and appreciated.

Really have no complaints. The WiFi was quite slow but we didn’t come to be plugged in. The traffic noise was a lot but it quieted down early and that has no fault to the property.

There is so much room to spread out, and the setup in the house was awesome with 2 living room areas &dining areas, plenty of beds, nice pool loungers. The only flaw was that all of the bathrooms are located within bedrooms. Loop hole, you can enter the 1 bathroom from the pool area using an exterior door. The bathroom contains the washer dryer and then connects to the 3 twin bed room. But awesome. Otherwise, already dreaming of another stay. (Some neat books on the shelves to read and kids toys for the beach were outside. There was an ez-up, new chairs, and a deisle wagon for the beach, but the wagon was nowhere near big enough for the size of the tent and chairs available we had some straps with us but plan on getting creative if you dont.)

Not enough shower towels compared to people it sleeps, and no beach/pool towels were available. Which would have been fine, except there was no laundry soap for the washer and no kitchen sponge.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The manager was wonderful, answering any questions in a timely manner. Beach access is right across the street. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.

We didn't know it was a construction zone. The entire first floor was damaged by a storm, and drilling and hammering started at 8 am.

We chose The Ringling House as soon as we got to town. It was one of the last places available at the price we wanted to pay. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived and it wasn’t just a room with a bath room. What a gem you have with this location. Thank you for having the wagon with chairs and umbrella available this was a very nice touch.

I can’t think of one thing except the people just south (I think) were in there carport behind the half wall parting/talking very loudly until 1:30 am on the night we arrived. That was the only night they were loud however we were only there two nights.
