We liked our rooms a lot, we had enough space, enough tables/closets and a nice bathroom. We also liked how clean the swimming pool was (not an easy task). And how helpful the staff was if you needed anything.

Even though everyone was open to help and make this a good stay, communication was not easy because of the level of English. We also found the quality of food served at the restaurant poor.

+1. Good location. Well appointed large rooms with good beds, mattresses, pillows, and large bathrooms. +2. Superb surroundings, well kept lawns, trees and other nature elents. The garden staff are awesome. +3. Ms. Nawodha, Ms.Shakiya, Ms.Dileka and Mr.Hasitha, all are front office staff, who are professional, attentive and courteous. Sri Lanka needs more good workers like these guys in the hospitality sector. A big thank you to them. +4. Restaurant staff are good, courteous, and very efficient. A big thank you to all of them. +5. Reasonably good food. I believe the food could be better. The chef must work on creating better food with more variety. Food is a very important aspect of any hotel, and it should be handled carefully. +6. A very good size pool, very well kept. The pool young attendant gentleman is absolutely hardworking. He is really am assett tpnthis hotel. He keeps the pool absolutely clean at all times.

-1. Security at the gate is completely useless and not bothered. When you drive many hours deep into the south of Sri Lanka, finallybreach the hotel, you want someone to help you, guide you at the gates and most importantly direct you where to go. The gurad didn't get up from the seat, was on his phone, and was least bothered about guests. Not just us, but few others didn't have a clue about where to go. -2. First impressions matter in hospitality trade. If your first experience at the gate of the hotel is ruined, then your whole stay might getessed up. -3. The owners of the hotel need to fix this problem.

The ambiance of the hotel was nice. The staff was attentive and friendly. The manager even went us to our room after check in and shook my hands, which is a personal touch. The hotel is along the main highway, although unfortunately there are no restaurants or anything else to see around in that area. It's very near Yala National Park though.

There is nothing to do or eat in the area aside from eating at the hotel. The hotel has a pool but since we checked in at 6pm and had an early wake up call for the safari, we weren't able to use any of their facilities. The dinner buffet had a nice spread and was reasonably priced. They even had live music. Wished there were more things to do in the area other than Yala national park. But then again, that's not the hotel's fault.

We stayed at this hotel recently in villa 120, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly, but also very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. I want to give a special mention to Sampath, Isuru, and Sandeepa, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed. They truly made our stay more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality was a standout part of the experience, and it made all the difference. Overall, the staff really made this hotel feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a memorable stay!

This hotel is a great place to stay if, like us, you are wanting to go on a safari. The staff were friendly and helpful and carried our bags to our room for us whilst showing us around the hotel. The chalet we stayed in was adequate size with tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable.

The check in was around half an hour wait. We had already messaged ahead to give a time of check in. After confirming at check in there would be vegan options for dinner, we were told the chef would be able to accommodate. Unfortunately, we ended up having to order from the al à carte menu where there was very little choice. There was no bar, so you were not able to sit and enjoy a drink etc by the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were only at the hotel for 1 night but wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel staff are amazing & went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We were able to book a safari through the hotel & they were kind enough to arrange a packed breakfast for us since we left at 5am. The grounds are lovely & well looked after and the swimming pool was great. The room was one of the nicest we have stayed in during our trip and had so many nice touches and amenities. The restaurant was also very nice & had vegetarian options which was great. It was also amazing to have room service after a long day of driving. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The pool is beautiful and very big. The staff also takes really good care of it. The breakfast is very diversityle and tastes really good. The staff is wonderful and really kind. They will do anything in their power, to make your stay perfect. The beds are fine and the rooms are clean and big. For the price its more than definitly worth it! This is by far the best service i had in Sri Lanka

The 2 bedroom stays have a gap in the middle. If you want to lay with your partner the gap is a little in the way. But thats not a big deal

Well-kept property in scenic surroundings. Pool was cleanest we’ve experienced on our Sri Lanka trip and was a perfect temperature to use in the evening. Staff were attentive and had a great attention to detail. Food was above our expectations, lots of choice at dinner and breakfast for both local cuisine and international. Room was big and clean, AC was great. Also powerful and warm shower.

Only downside was lack of plug sockets in room.

The rooms and staff were impeccably neat and good. Staff was very helpful and tended to all your needs. We didn't like the menu but they offered us srilankan food consisting of rice, curry, dal, different kinds of vegetables, papad and dessert. The food was lip smacking. We were beyond satisfied with the stay

We went on a safari through the hotel. However the driver was not experienced and the safari was disappointing. The next day we went on a safari with someone else and we even saw a leopard.
