Lovely family run hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. We ate our evening meal at the Taverna belonging to the hotel in the village. Excellent choice of local dishes and wine. You must try the sea bream if was cooked to perfection 👌, the best I have had in Cyprus!

Unfortunately there was a group of children who were very noisy certain times of the day. It was explained to us that their original booking for the start of the school holidays had to be rescheduled to the time we were there. We will be back despite this little hiccup.

Amazing views, friendly staff, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, working a/c, everything necessary for a pleasant stay hiking in the mountains around the cute village — plus a fantastic attached taverna using very fresh produce and incredible olive oil, tasty breakfast with homebaked cakes. Would stay again.

Look, the furniture is definitely worse-for-wear and the linens and towels are thin—luxury this ain't—but we slept like stones each night so for us these could be improved, but ultimately weren't that big of an issue.

The seaview... quiet place in nature. Everything was clean and new. The breakfast was perfect.

We asked for a twin room with 2 single beds and although was confirmed through booking, at the reception they rudely told us that your booking syster always confirmes automatically a request but actually does not verify this request with the owner???? Which I found it unprofessional by YOU and the hotel owner but didn't insist... as I didn't want to ruin my holidays.

The hotel itself is a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, it offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the stunning village trails. The staff was really heartwarming and welcoming , they were always asking how we are doing and always were suggesting activities to do around the area of the hotel .

Nothing to report

Very nice family owned hotel in a charming village in the hills, 10-15 min drive to the really nice beaches. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very good food in the tavern nearby run by the family. Part of the hotel is newly renovated.

Everything was top notch.

Booking.com's web site double booked our stay and Charged double on my CC. I disputed the charge and have yet to receive credit for it. The property acknowledged the error and offered to refund the extra booking but couldn't as Booking.com processed the double charge.

The accommodation at this place is amazing, beautiful sea view, great breakfast and very nice receptionist and hotel owner. Dinner in the owner's restaurant was delicious. Only 100m from the hotel. The name of the restaurant is "O Stathmos" and they have excellent "Meze". We ate enough. Excellent access to Akamas, coral bay, turtle beach and aphrodite baths. We would have stayed more days, unfortunately we had to go to other places already. 5*

Delightful rustic hotel in charming Cypriot village. Stunning views al round. Exudes charm. Good point for exploring both mountains and coast.

As with many of these villages, few local shops. You need to take any provisions up with you from the lower slopes.

Its family run, small , friendly , view to die for, beaut pool, clean, comfy inns Mediterranean way. Staff amazing. Loved it.

It was simply perfect. It is 40 mins from Pafos , or 10 mins from Polis. It’s a village hotel , not coastal. Gorg views

Palates Hotel is ideally suited for me. Quiet and unassuming run by a wonderful couple. They couldn't do enough for me. In the middle of Droushia which is a lovely hill village with cobbled streets. I had a room with a fantastic view to the sea and the mountains
