Breakfast is actually just down the street (2-3 minute walk) at another hotel that is owned by the same company. Food was good (but not excellent) but hey, it's buffet-style and you can eat enough that you can skip out on lunch for the day. Staff is friendly and attentive, typical Taiwanese hospitality.

The TV in the room is clearly older and had dust collecting on it, but that's fine, we didn't even turn on the TV during our stay. The bathroom glass doors could use some better cleaning ... didn't directly affect us but visually it would be better if it was cleaner.

The hotel was comfortable and serene - we had a room with a view of the lake. Short walking distance to local night market. Staff were friendly and helpful with our luggages as I was travelling with an elderly person and child.

The Moon Lake hotel uses the facilities at its affiliated hotel down the street. This was not obvious when I booked the place. In the end, it was not an issue to walk down the street for the buffet breakfast each morning, which had a nice selection. We didn’t use the pool so not sure how that would work with walking between hotel buildings in bathers or bathrobe if we had wanted to use the pool.

The beds were very comfortable and the black out curtains helpful. Great shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The area was quiet, away from main area but very close walking distance to enjoy the port and restaurants. The breakfast area had a beautiful view of the water and there was a wide array of foods to chose from to please every palate. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Recommend visiting during the week as there are fewer crowds.

Friendly staff. Very decent size of room for family of 4. Location is near to Ita Thao market street and pier too. Wonderful experience.

Housekeeping was done but bathroom floor still filled with hair. Room not really soundproof.

Buffet breakfast has a good spread...spacious room..very good location which is short walk to main street and yet hotel is quiet...hotel is clean and bed is comfy overall ambience is pretty bright and airy.
