Lovely food and entertainment for kids. Animation was brilliant. The restaurant staff was extremely nice and friendly, pool bar staff great, reception team was very helpful and polite and the cleaning lady was very good. Everything was impeccable. Mr Panikos, Doros, Gyorgyos, Mihaela, Iulian, Carmen, Karolina, Stella, Jonny, Marinos, the chefs including the main chef were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed.

Everything was perfect. We want to come back.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It really stands out from many other hotels in the area—it doesn’t feel flashy or Instagram-focused (it’s not trying to be overly photogenic). We chose the all-inclusive package, which ended up being about 200–600 euros cheaper than similar packages at other places (for a family of two adults and two kids for three nights). The rooms are in separate buildings rather than one large complex. For us, this layout provided a great sense of privacy and helped avoid overcrowding. Plus, the space between the buildings is filled with pathways, lots of trees, and green lawns. Each room even has its own balcony, including those on the ground floor, which we really appreciated. The rooms themselves are very spacious. For families, you get a unit with a living room and a separate bedroom, which is fantastic for giving everyone their own space. Each unit is at least 35 square meters, even for a standard room, so there’s plenty of room to relax. The food was good and pretty varied. One thing we loved was the live cooking at every meal, which added a lot of variety and ensured fresh options. They were also generous with the alcohol during meals, and the service was quick and friendly. There’s ice cream and snacks by the pool, which were decent enough to keep us and the kids happy between meals. The alcohol selection under the all-inclusive was standard, but the service was good, with nice and generous pours. The hotel has a beautiful private beach with a stunning bay view—definitely a highlight! There are two outdoor pools close to each other. There’s also an indoor pool designed like an underground cave, which was such a cool experience, especially for the kids. And the water there was comfortably warm. The kids' club is also fantastic, with plenty to keep little ones entertained. They have also a good playground near by. Overall, we felt we got excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

The verity of the all inclusive snack near the pool are poor. A major downside was that the pools aren’t heated, so swimming in October was chilly.

Malama is a perfect place for families - particularly with small children. And most of the guests were indeed families with small children. The hotel area is spacious, consists of several 2-3 storey villas. We got an appartment righ next to the pools with sea view - something I recommend to all sea lovers. The appartement was spacious (some 52 sqm) - albeit a bit older fashioned (not the one you see on the photos). Pools and the surrounding sunbed-area are well maintained - thought we rather went down to the beach each day. Staff is very polite, very helpful. They are prepared for the needs of small childresns. I had many questions upfront and they (Maria) always answered swiftly and politely. We were very happy with the waiters too... What we loved the most about Malama was food... great veriety of hearty, rustic local dishes, sea foods, grills and pastas. Tasty local olives and cheeses plus the ouzo we asked for each lunch and dinner. I highly recommend all-inclusive package. Great value for money. All in all very satisfied.

Animatation and entertainement was quite limited. And most of the things were available only on charge and in Swedish (right, in Swedish...)

The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, making us feel so welcome. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The spa and indoor swimming pool facilities were excellent and so relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending time at the bar with its stunning sea view – such a peaceful and enjoyable spot. The food variety and quality were impressive, as were the drinks. The grounds were impeccably maintained, adding to the overall charm.

We noticed that jacussi was switched off a few times when we visited the spa area.The water in the outdoor swimming pool was freezing cold, literally no one was swimming.Also food in the restaurant could have been warmer as well.

Huge territory, service, good breakfast, indoor pool with jacuzzi, spacious room, I will come again.

More private location. At least in November Malama beach is not crowded. Breakfast and dinners were good, had variety of everything and tasted well. Coffee was ok.

In our room the sink in the bathroom was so high that my 4-year old could not reach it and wash hands. On the ground floors balcony there is no sunshine and all wet clothes remain wet. Kids club is big upset.This is only for Scandinavian kids and the playground and rooms are not well maintained.

Spacey, clean and modern apartments, with pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and kids club. All a family needs. Location is basically on Malama beach, which was also the perfect spot for young kids, with zero waves and clear water! Though there are restaurants around the area, I found that the all inclusive option was well worth it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all very nice food,and the kids couldn't get enough of the mocktails and ice cream by the pool! Staff were super friendly and welcoming!

Good big green area, nice rooms recently refurbished, room had kitchen facilities, fridge, microwave oven and cutlery, cups , kettle. Nice pools but not bog for this amount of people Kids club was nice, my daughter liked it a lot

Cleaning in rooms could be better, some glasses in the restaurant were dirty (((, breakfast is quite good but lunch and dinner are average. They charge 15 and 17 euro for a 6 year kid meal, to be honest it’s too much ((( Common areas need good renovation It was really hard to go down to the beach from the hotel with the stroller

Wonderful holiday village. The apartments are comfortable and you have everything you need. The food is absolutely amazing and it is different every single meal. The village has great places for children to play and have fun. I think a child at any age will feel wonderful and have a pleasant time. The bar was also great and provided a variety of cocktails and entertainment for both kids and parents. Special greetings to Mr Marinos!

Spacious rooms, excellent cuisine, very helpful and attentive Hotel Team, great location at the seaside (beach is public and small but it was very nice to swim in the sea). It is perfect place to spend your holidays.

I cannot complain about anything. Hotel Crew immediately addresses any minor issues that might occur.
