The entire complex was clean and well presented. Absolute credit to the housekeeping and maintenance team. The rooms were spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The continental breakfast provisions were generous and we started our days with lots of energy. The room we booked had a spa and we enjoyed this after a couple of busy days. The washing machine and dryer were a God send as we were staying for 5 nights. The laundry powder sachets were a welcome surprise. We appreciated the designated smoking areas on the site. Parking was available directly outside our room.

We actually can't think of anything that we didn't like.

This is a delightful place to stay. Great location...very close to all McLaren Vale has to offer but quiet. Very peaceful surroundings with lots of outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The two double adjoining room were fabulous with all the amenities you could ever need...very clean and fresh. We were two friends travelling together so we had lots of room but this configuration would be fantastic for families. I would definitely recommend and will certainly come here again. Beds very comfortable and large screen smart TV...excellent.

Nothing that I can think of except a bit of tidying up around the fountain and sitting area in the middle of the parking area

Room was excellent. Everything you’d need provided. Bed a little hard but pillows good. Large room with every facility. Bathroom great and good shower.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. I probably didn’t look at what the breakfast was when I booked a room which included it. Continental breakfast in the room. Four slices of bread. Two small cheese packets. 2 waffles. Two small tubs of some sort of fruit in syrup. Half carton of milk. One each of Vegemite jam marmalade and peanut butter samples. One weetbix single serve and one sultana bran. 2 small juice drinks. You could request more of anything if needed but to me not worth the extra cost.

Spacious room with good facilities - well presented and maintained. My ‘accommodation of choice’ when I travel to McLaren Vale. Compact full kitchen, laundry facilities in bathroom. Good pressure hot water.

I’m short (152cm / 5’ ) and had difficulty reaching dishes in the overhead cupboards. No way I could reach anything that was in the clothes drier without climbing on a chair (I didn’t do that). “Breakfast included” was a waste of money for me as I don’t eat any of the foods provided.

The room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The lounge was comfortable. It had a well-appointed kitchenette with a continental breakfast each morning. The bathroom had a washing machine and dryer and a spa. We hadn't stayed at the Motel for 38 years and for the age of the property it was in very good condition. The room was at the rear of the property and was very quiet. The room was serviced every day.

-Located at far end of Main Street, under 10 minute walk to McLaren Vale Hotel and other shops & cafes. -Convenient carpark outside room. -Very clean room - Room very large for a motel room, including a kitchenette facility with microwave, fridge etc - Bathroom large, quite dated but clean

We had an interconnecting room, which was great, but the shower room could benefit from a couple more hooks to hold clothing. Plenty of towels & pillows. Perfect location for us as we had a wedding in McLaren Vale.

The pool area wasn't very clean, quite a bit of bird poop on the chairs & the chairs & table outside of our room was dirty with bird poop.

Everything went well. Easy to come and go. Staff awesome. Quiet location. In walking distance to Carmel`s Café Bar and Grill, which is superb by the way. Rooms clean, neat and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. Aircons to heat up the rooms at night.

I can`t really add anything here except, it is a shame you do not have a restaurant on sight. Maybe your pool could be heated. It looks great. Tempting to go for a swim, shame it is too cold. These are things that could be better but nothing I can say about not liking anything.

Great location to stay within short walk to nice restaurants to eat and little further if you enjoy walking to the town centre. Room was clean and very comfortable and well catered to our needs. We were there for two nights but would definitely come back for a longer stay.

There was plenty of space inside the room. Shower instantly hot and high volume nozzle. Premises easy to access from the road and major highway. Iron was faulty and the staff were able to immediately replace the device. Staff were excellent in knowledge of their local region and what it has to offer.

Microwave was positioned above a fridge but it wasn't aligned so the door could be opened without hitting the top of the fridge. You had to lift the microwave with one hand and open the door so it wouldn't scrape the fridge.
