We had a fantastic time staying at Mantra Tonsley Adelaide room was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked about anything we needed. The restaurant we only had breakfast back in our room but the food was delicious, I would definitely recommend staying there again 10/10.

Probably could use some more car parking on site. They had us parking a few minute walk away from the hotel up the street in a darkened area maybe not ideal after dark . We just parked across the road from the hotel after hours without any issues after hours, maybe an issue during business hours.

The accommodation is new and fresh so very clean. Bed was super comfy and linen of good quality. Having the small quaint cafe on site was very handy.

The reception desk only being staff 8-8 led to a few challenges for us with an unpredictable stay due to a family member in hospital, however the staff were very friendly and tried hard to meet our needs. The shower was good but the tiling in the bathroom meant the water didn't drain away very well .. big buddle on bathroom floor, so extra bath mats would have helped. Parking was challenging, limited spaces close to premises.

Location is right next to Flinders Uni. If that is where you need to be located the hotel is perfect. Customer services is outstanding. Front Desk staff communicated with us before our stay clearly and effectively. They were very helpful with organizing our group. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Food we delicious and generous sized (so good value for money) and the restaurant staff were exceptionally good. Top quality dinning. The chef's were excellent at providing delicious alternative meals to one of our party who had a serious food allergy. The rooms were large and very well appointed. Good size, very clean bathroom. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel was excellent. No negative views on this property.

Comfortable room. Was nice to have a lounge chair and a small table with two chairs. King size bed very comfortable. The Bistro bar/restaurant had good food. 1st night service was very, very slow. Went down for dinner at 7 pm, our dinner was not served until 9pm. Ate there for several other meals and service was great and food served in a timely manner. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Asked for a late checkout on our 4th morning and it was no problem.

Slow dinner service 1st night. It's location is very far south of Adelaide proper. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the restaurant in the hotel was good. Would have liked to be closer in to Adelaide central.

For me, the location was excellent as I was attending workshops at Flinders University

The wi-fi was seemed fiddly and when I finally had it working, it dropped out. Ended up hot spotting to my own phone in the end. In the bathroom, there was a towel scrunched up on the floor behind the door. Assume from the previous occupants. All else was lovely and clean though. On occasion there was a whistle coming through from the front door. The sort of whistle that comes from wind getting in somewhere. I checked the sliding door to make sure this was closed properly but it was definitely coming from the front of the appartement.

Size of the room was quite good and the staff were all lovely! Even though they did put us in the wrong room we didn't worry, they gave us a free breakky and it was only for one night. Breakfast was delicious and good coffee too!

The surrounding area is not much chop at the moment but will improve once the development is finished. Also we had to walk across a temporary car park to get to the car parking for the hotel. It was 43 degrees that day and we had to do it a number of times. I felt for anyone elderly or frail but things all temporary I'm guessing.

This hotel was a decent price with the room being really comfortable. The staff checking me in was friendly and helped with my questions regarding getting into the city. While there is a train station quite close, I was in a hurry to get into the city so I had to use taxi/Uber. So if you are staying, take advantage of the train to get where you need. Despite the things I didn't like, I would stay here again but would make sure I have time and prepare better.

The carpark that is advertised is about 10 carparks which is difficult to get a park if you aren't there early (I arrived at about 5pm and it was completely full). If you don't get a park, there is on street parking but not as safe and I'm not sure if Mon-Fri it is metered due to the location being in what looks like a business park. The location is also quite far from the city centre and the money saved on the hotel was increased by the taxis to get to/from the city.

Mantra Tonsley is situated in a development area with Flinders University nearby. Fortunately, we were not disturbed by any nearby building noise. There has also been an update in the road system nearby but, we found, unfortunately, that Google maps had not likewise been updated. We were greeted cheerfully upon arrival for our two-night stay. The apartment is well equipped and is well presented. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a combined washer/dryer but we had to resort to looking up the model’s manual online to determine how to use the dryer facility. The provision of a simple instruction sheet would be appreciated. Mantra has a café/restaurant which is handy as there is a very limited number of eateries in the area. We were lucky to get one of the onsite car parks on the first night. The off-site parking facility that we had to use on the second night is within sight of the Mantra building and the path back is well light.

Recommended for a stay if you are in this part of town. Overall, it is an industrial part of Adelaide there, so no great views or tourist attractions nearby. They have a cafe at the first floor where you can have breakfast. The room were clean and comfortable and this is all what I needed for overnight staying .

Not possible to open windows for fresh air, they have centralised air-conditioning system there. Very hot in corridors, especially in the end of day, seems they do not have/use air-conditioning in corridors.
