Most things, a little problem with coms from your booking company with booking in details

Car parking was a free for all, suggest all car parks have room number on the park area, when we got back at 11 pm we ended up having to park up near reception in a non carpark and we were not the only ones, Others who came in later really had to drive out on the road

The electric vehicle charger is a 7 Kw unit so is good for overnight charging. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and plenty of room.

Only place to sit down was on kitchen chairs

A bit dated in places. No indication in the room of internet password. Discovered it in booking confirmation email which was a month prior. Would have been good to have something in the room indicating it. Went to office and had closed up, asked another person staying and they didn’t know but they eventually found it and let us know.

Our room was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The air-con was new and quiet (unlike many we've experienced in motel rooms). We thought it might be noisy there on the Anzac Highway but it wasn't. Had trouble when we came back on the second evening and the pin number wouldn't open the door, but when I rang the number provided the response was reassuring and friendly and help was very quick. We were also surprised and appreciative of the EV chargers just out the back of the motel.

Was a clean and affordable motel room that suited our purpose of having somewhere to stay prior to flying out the next day.

There was not much I did not like except for the way the room is entered, Would have preferred a swipe card to enter the room instead of having to enter in numbers for access to the room.

The reception staff, especially Cheryl were exceptional and assisted me to print documents and went out of their way to find a lamp for my room for Zoom sessions. Thank you Paul as well for assistance with paperwork and trying to tactfully discourage a huge van from parking right outside my door. My room was spacious, cool, quiet, had all the facilities and was a good base for a 3-day online course. Even on busy nights, I didn't hear any noise late at night. I enjoyed the pool. Good secure lock on the door for solo travellers and a really excellent location - minutes from a park and tram stop in a quieter area.

I know older buildings are harder to clean but the bathroom did have some black hairs between the shower and bath. The hospitality staff were friendly but on Friday, two of them were smoking outside my door at a table that wasn't clean. Having a huge truck park very close to my front door made it difficult to sit outside and felt intimidating. I did have a lapse in wifi connection on Saturday which was challenging when I was in an online session with a client. I sent a message before arriving asking about the quality of the wifi but didn't get a message back although I received lots of other messages. It would have been awesome to have access to a coffee plunger at reception. The room was quite dark, so for online Zoom courses would need more light.

This accommodation was a great room share with family members. The newly renovated bathroom had a beautiful separate full-size bath and walk-in shower, great for mobility issues, with the option of shower head and shower hose. The mini kitchen had the basics to support dining in, preparing meals and saving on costs associated with travelling. The continental breakfast packages were spot on and also helpful with travelling. Staff interactions were fantastic. I highly recommend this venue 👣🌸

We stayed here not even two years ago and it looks like they have refurbished the rooms (although a little bare for my liking). Gary at reception gave me a warm welcome while trying to sort a carpet replacement but gave me information needed. Bed and pillows (as little Bear would say) ' just right' Woke refreshed and ready for a early morning.

For someone who has travelled many places over the years I find the little things make a difference for people returning to the same place. For us a little basket of continental breakfast would be appreciated even for a small cost. We left very early and had an hour and a half drive down south hence no time for cafe breakfast. We noticed many others left at the same time as we did. A vending machine also may be appreciated for the convenience of drinks and snacks. If we had stayed longer, information about the area and transport nearby would be useful. For us it didn't matter as Glenelg had been our home for 60 years and stayed here as near the airport and convenient for our travel the next day. Price had increased 50% since last visit. Is this a sign of the times??

Good location. Property was easy to access

Not enough blankets. Had to have the air-conditioning on all night. Was a waste of power. There was 1 thin blanket on the bed & only 1 dare in the cupboard the blankets were thin. Tried to ring to book direct & the 24 hour number kept hanging up on me ended up having to book inline

Friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable. Nice big room (queen and single). Laundry for use of guests. Cutlery, crockery, microwave and toaster in guest laundry Seems to be popular with tradies/contractors as well as tourists

No microwave or toaster in the room, despite room pics showing both. Apparently a ‘safety’ issue - odd that no other motel chain seems to have this problem. But available if needed and otherwise the stay was perfect
