The place was very nice super clean and easily accessible, and located in a beautiful area close to everything in Glenelg across from the dock. It’s quiet and the beds are comfortable, I booked my family room for me my boyfriend only, and brought my two friends without paying for the extra. I was so lucky to have done that most places are very strict ( and the lady that works at the front desk was so sweet and chatty absolutely loved it wouldn’t have spent my 19th anywhere else!

Need more then soap bars to wash your body I highly recommend body wash that’s all :)

Close to THE PIER. Plenty of eateries close by on the marina. Great pub and a Dan Murphy only a few doors up. J1 bus will drop you off nearly out the front from the airport but doesn’t pick up from that same spot. Pre book a Taxi on Cabs for cheaper locked in rate. Cost us $26.40 at 11:30am

Bathroom in room 119 could do with a makeover. Ceiling above shower needs attention. A hair dryer already in the room would be helpful instead of discovering there isn’t one before washing your hair and having to walk to reception to ask for one.

Location was great - easy walk to Jetty Road, pubs, beach and the fireworks on NYE! Rooms were spacious and view of the marina was lovely. Staff were friendly. Good parking on premises.

We had an issue with the toilet which was eventually fixed and cleaning was just ok. Overall, the place is a bit tired but it was decent value for money, particularly on New Years Eve.

Bed was comfortable and we had a very restful night. Nice shower. The location was good and was close to restaurants.

Sliding wardrobe tracks looked old and tired. Window curtain at door opening was not attached to the curtain rail. Room could have done with freshening up - eg painting, The room looked rather bland and could have done with a print or two on the wall. Shower area had no shelf for toiletries etc and the bathroom had only one small drawer for storing our items.

Amazing location to Jetty road. Pool facilities were basic but fine, the pool on the Sunday wasnt open when we went down at 8.15am (hours were from 8am) so needed to ask at reception to open it which wasnt done straight away either. Customer service offered was pretty much what you expect for the cheap cost. Just using it to sleep was fine, benefit if just the location to all the action at Glenelg. Would definitely stay again for location and price

Loved the room, the space, the view, the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable! Staff at check in were absolutely amazing, our room we were first given hadn't been cleaned yet so they put us in a new room straight away & didn't make me feel like a bother when I informed them of the room

Only thing I didn't like was there was no door handle on the security door on the inside to close it, felt like I was letting it slam every time I came through.

I had no issues other than geographical location but I had booked late for a conference so that in no way reflects on the hotel. :)

The location was excellent - walking distance to Glenelg Marina and easy drive into the City. The room was a bit dated but it was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable.

We were travelling in a large, rented Hyundai Staria and we found that the parking was difficult when we arrived home at night. Smaller cars had taken all of the easier parking to park their cars in and we had to squeeze between the parked cars and a garden bed with a hedge. As the parking bays are not numbered, perhaps larger vehicles could be designated in the first few parking bays of the row and smaller vehicles could park further along the row.

Our visit to the Haven for an overnight stay after 9 hours travelling was very comfortable. Other than the facility being 'dated', we were comfortable and relaxed. We slept well in comfortable beds and had good showers in the morning. Due to pressing need to move on, we had little time to enjoy the proximity to the Glenelg beaches and Jetty Road facilities, perhaps next visit.

Carpets on floor are past their use by date with significant wear and tear. Some issue with the toilet flushing.
