The motel is a convenient place for a comfortable overnight stay close to Adelaide airport and Glenelg. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom has been upgraded. There is also secure parking available. It is good value for the price.

Breakfast was advertised as being available but on checking in we were advised that this is no longer the case under the new management. The double rooms overlooking Anzac Highway have some road noise, although I had been led to believe that the windows are double glazed, but this didn't appear to be the case with our room.

Room was clean spacious enough and adequately furnished.

I would lie to see a dishwashing sponge and some dishwashing liquid for washing up the provided glasses and cups. without that, it's impossible to get used glassware and cups perfectly clean.

Great location only 12 minutes from airport. Surprisingly relatively quiet considering it faces a main road (on a Friday night). Nicely appointed room with very good towels. Elevator available to upper floors. Very helpful staff. Free parking with gated security. Very good value for money.

Would be great to have options not facing the main road; only "family rooms" face that way. Microwave is in the hall, so you have to walk back and forth to use it, which is obviously not convenient. No plates, forks, spoons or knives for eating in...not a major problem, but could have added positively.

Very comfortable clean and secure

A large room, with all the basics you'd need. Very clean and relatively quiet (considering it faced onto Anzac Highway). Little noise from other rooms. A reasonable amount of security (boom gate for the cars - pass key activated) and locked doors for entry into the main area. For me the best factors were cost, cleanliness, and proximity to the airport.

The location is relatively convenient for Glenelg (though not really walking distance to shops/beach), and there's not much in the way of eating/supermarkets in the immediate vicinity). However, it IS a Motel for a reason (and they expect you to be coming in by car). The one thing I didn't like about the room was the use of the squeeze bottle soap-shampoo in the shower and basin... I get why it's done, but feels cheap (especially, coconut fragrance isn't for everyone). Also the lighting could be helped, and you had to dig to find the power-socket near the bed.

The convenience, cleanliness and fantastic staff

No microwave in room

On arrival the staff worked to get us early access to the room. Everyone at the Hotel seemed to be happy to go out of their way to be happy and friendly - cleaners but specially Melissa and her team on Reception. The International is a family run establishment and they clearly want guests to be happy - would stay there again without any hesitation. Good parking, an easy walk into town and cheap, high quality publics transport a less than 10 min walk away (tram direct into central Adelaide)

Once or twice it was tricky using the pool when it was taken over by kids with their big blow-up crocodiles but - hard to complain, it was the Christmas/New Year period so lots of families on holiday. Otherwise - nothing negative at all, my whole stay there was a delight
