Great apartments in a great location on Goodwin Road. Well furnished with a secure carpark. Short walk to lots of bars and restaurants plus the tram and train stops. Large balcony. Despite being on Goodwin Road, the quality of the build means you hardly hear the traffic.

The electronic key system is terrible - it took us half an hour to get in (Stephen was a great help). Every day we saw people having the same issue trying to get in. The car parks are also very very tight and difficult to access. It also meant loading stuff in and out of the car was a real pain going through multiple doors with your phone out. You also have to physically out of your car to swipe your key for the car park.

The requirement to upload photo ID ie passport or drivers license as part of the on line check in process without any indication of whether these documents would be permanently stored, who has access to them, etc, is not acceptable from a privacy perspective. It was only after phoning Grow and pushing hard with the person I spoke to that I found out you can check in, in person at their sister property in Adelaide, Comfort Hotel, where all they require is to sight your ID to give you access to their app which you require to access your apartment.

The location in proximity to the CBD was great as was easy drive or use the tram if not shopping

The 5.30 am approx wakeup via the Pilates studio directly underneath. Could repeat word for word the instructor was giving and the music was loud enough to have held a Pilates session in the apartment for free. That’s it ladies now push it push it let’s go is stuck in my head along with daughter. Holidays should be stress free that’s why we take them to relax. Make sure your phone always has charge for unlocking the security locks or you just might need sleep in your car or on the ground with the way the system works for your key

Great property. Everything you need to stay for a week, doing the cooking and washing. Would stay there again. Reception is virtual, but they respond quickly. Cleaners were friendly and professional.

No control over car parking. Someone parked a huge vehicle taking 1 and a half spots, making it impossible for others to use one of these parking spots. Not ideal on a first in best dressed parking. Some funny smell coming out from the pipes on the toilet the last day.

Clean and modern facilities. It would be perfect for a long stay as this room had everything in it. Nice private parking available. They were kind enough to let me access the parking spot before the check in time. We parked then went off to do our own thing and then returned and checked in later on.

Wasn't sure about the check out procedure as the check in and out process is done remotely. They do advise us of this though. Check out details may have been on the booking.com app but couldn't find much info. We didn't want to call and bother anyone. We just left at the checkout time and hoped for the best. It's been a couple of days and no follow up so it must be pretty simple. The room is accessed via a digital key so it expires after designated checkout time. Be careful about forgetting your belongings past the time limit to avoid inconvenience.

The location was close to the showgrounds where the Adelaide Rally was based. Within a few metres of the location there are a number of places to eat and a convenience store just across the road.

The app and security measures were a bit tedious and often didn't work first time. We also locked ourselves out at one point and had to ring for assistance. Having the ability to have the app on two phones would have been more convenient. The app did not allow access from the carpark even though a sign directed us to use it. Otherwise, a very good spot.

The apartment was so lovely we all said that we could easily live in it. Loved the layout, the amenities, having a laundry, a coffee machine, and two bathrooms - including one with a bath (and the toiletries are Australian brand, Nood). Apartment is beautifully styled, clean and felt fresh. Large balcony - perfect for dining and relaxing. Conveniently located.

A small negative - we left our room at 10am but with Mum having Alzheimer's it took 10 minutes to get downstairs and to the parking gate - by this stage we were locked out and had to call to get it opened - might be nice to have a 15min leeway.

Spotlessly clean. Very new apartment. Quiet at night. Large bathroom. Comfortable sofa. Adequate facilities to cook in the room or can walk to numerous eateries & supermarket. Secure, free parking, although a little tight for larger cars. Didn't realise I had to run video every time I used the digital key but Steven was available on the phone to help. Appreciated the coffee machine. Great introductory offer on price. Stayed in a bedroom apartment.

Lots of security taps from car to room when unloading luggage from car but ok once a routine is worked out. Missed the driveway first time but can go around the block. Don't try to turn in from city side of Goodwood Road.

Clean, well equipped, Netflix account, good coffee and tea, quality bathroom soaps and moisturizers etc. comfy bed.

I found the JustN Mobile App a little confusing, especially with obtaining key. it doesn't tell you the key will be delivered to your phone after the room is ready. It makes sense that it would but the app kind of indicates that you can get it all sorted beforehand. A quick call to the number on the door and it was quickly resolved by an excellent staff member.

Superb location, clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities available. Everything was just perfect including the staff.

During our stay at the hotel, we noticed that the soundproofing between the rooms connected by a door was not very effective. We could hear the conversations and activities of the neighboring guests as if they were in our own room. There was a somewhat embarrassing incident when a young couple next door didn't realize how easily sound traveled since they were enjoying their own time, but we were fortunate that we didn't have children with us to explain them what’s really going on. Overall, it would be great if the hotel could improve the soundproofing for a more peaceful stay.
