Great location, super functional, does what it says on the tin. Parking is handy and on a street with everything you need!

Being an apartment it could do with a few simple things particularly for cooking like salt and pepper, ice tray, kitchen towel etc - a few things that could be already there which means you don't have to go to the shop and spend loads on a whole thing and then throw it away which feels a waste! The phone key app needs improving a bit, doesn't always work takes a bit of time sometimes. A little noisy, can hear every door open/close. But - this is me being super picky!

Great apartments in a great location on Goodwin Road. Well furnished with a secure carpark. Short walk to lots of bars and restaurants plus the tram and train stops. Large balcony. Despite being on Goodwin Road, the quality of the build means you hardly hear the traffic.

The electronic key system is terrible - it took us half an hour to get in (Stephen was a great help). Every day we saw people having the same issue trying to get in. The car parks are also very very tight and difficult to access. It also meant loading stuff in and out of the car was a real pain going through multiple doors with your phone out. You also have to physically out of your car to swipe your key for the car park.

Clean as always with updated and modern facilities. Especially loved the hot chocolate sachets to welcome me on a freezing cold night in Adelaide! The bed is to die for, like sleeping on a cloud. Super comfortable with 2 split systems (bedroom & lounge room) which warmed up the space in minutes. The balcony was spacious from what I could tell through the doors (too cold to go out there for me!). This would make a perfect apartment for longer stays, as it has all the amenities for cooking, relaxing, studying, etc. I will continue to stay here whenever I can.

I had an issue with the washing machine (my fault for throwing a load in at 1am). It wouldn’t allow me to open the door half way through drying to check the dampness. I ended up pulling the emergency door release to get my washing out before my flight. It wasn’t dry, even after 2.5hrs+ in the drying mode.

A great place to stay if you are going to the Adelaide Showgrounds - about a 10 minute walk. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. And a great local pub - The Goody was just up the road. Several supermarkets are close by as well. Although we did not drive on this occasion there appeared to be plenty of off street secure car parking. Public transport in the way of buses were stopping outside the motel. And tram stops were not thyat far away

The keyless entry system took a bit of getting used to but after a couple of time entering the property it was easy to work.

Beautiful inside: lovely colour scheme and very modern. The balcony was a bonus, the kitchen was elegant. Bed was beyond comfortable (I nearly missed my flight!). Ac/Heater worked well.

Access to the property is difficult being on a busy road - if more than 1 person is entering the driveway at one time then it does create a traffic congestion if you are not quick. The carpark was insanely small and pokey, I wish I was notified of that earlier as I would’ve made parking arrangements nearby. I took me a few tries to get into my park without wiping out another vehicle or a concrete post. I watched multiple other guests struggle with this also. Check in was also confusing, thankfully another guest took the time to show me an app was required to access the doors.

The requirement to upload photo ID ie passport or drivers license as part of the on line check in process without any indication of whether these documents would be permanently stored, who has access to them, etc, is not acceptable from a privacy perspective. It was only after phoning Grow and pushing hard with the person I spoke to that I found out you can check in, in person at their sister property in Adelaide, Comfort Hotel, where all they require is to sight your ID to give you access to their app which you require to access your apartment.

Convenient location. 1 parking space available. Comfortable beds. Clean and everything you need is available.

Not a fun of the mobile key system. I don't know if there was an option to register for two users for this key system... maybe there was but we didnt ask. Anyway was complicated at first with the situation we had but eventually resolved. Can be difficult with people struggling with technology. You will need to have your roaming activated if you are from out of the country as the app needs to send you OTP thru sms.

Clean, well equipped apartment with spacious rooms. Easy to book.

Check in, app-based key was fiddly, unreliable & a general annoyance. Car-park access was not designated, space wax extremely tight. Daytime & after hours noise from adjacent school included (percussion & musical instrument sounds. Coat-hangers in wardrobes were large absent. Specific arrangement of bedding that was requested and approved prior to checkin was never addressed.

Location, size of the room and the balcony. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Tram easy access to Glenelg. Car easy access to Botanical Gardens and CBD and basketball stadiums

Digital key access was a challenge setting up and a pain for access only by phone. No onsite assistance available on check in and parking spots were narrow and spots available for short term were less than short term guests staying resulting in vehicles parking in the disable spot as it was only one left

Great property. Everything you need to stay for a week, doing the cooking and washing. Would stay there again. Reception is virtual, but they respond quickly. Cleaners were friendly and professional.

No control over car parking. Someone parked a huge vehicle taking 1 and a half spots, making it impossible for others to use one of these parking spots. Not ideal on a first in best dressed parking. Some funny smell coming out from the pipes on the toilet the last day.
