The place was amazing. The cabin was clean, large, and beautifully designed. The facilities playground, junping pillow, pool/water area fantastic for our little ones. Very sad we didn't stay longer.

We couldn't get our spa to work. (Did we have to pay extra for the spa bath in our room to work?). The night lights in the bedrooms are not covered properly. One of our little ones burnt themselves touch the light globe. Maybe something to upgrade to prevent further injuries. They get very got very quickly. She was okay, a small blister.

It’s perfect place to stay with the kids ! Indoor heated pool for the cooler days, playground, sand pit with jumping pillow, splash park, arcades room, outdoor cinema (we didn’t get to take advantage of was to cold and wet😞) and the food is delicious!

Only thing I would say is a bigger sign on the street bit hard to find at night but that’s no biggy!!

This facility is fantastic for kids and for the adults. The cabins are a little cosy but clean and it has pretty much everything you need. The outdoor facilities are absolutely amazing. My only dislike was at the Palms bar, they serve dinner with disposable cutlery. Everything else is a huge tick!

Room wasn’t quite dark as hoped with incoming traffic/residents shining through every night.

I arrived after hours and it was easy to self check in from the instructions texted. The staff were so accommodating and when I went into the apartment the heater had been put on for my late arrival.

Location. And plenty of entertainment for my 3 teenagers they didn’t once want to do anything other than swim play Bball and enjoy themselves at the Holiday Park

You have everything you need for a family getaway all in one place, the facilities were great. We got to enjoy a swim in the indoor heated pool in winter, had a game of bowling then had dinner while watching a movie at the outdoor cinema. Highly recommend

We loved everything about our stay and have already recommended it to several of our friends. We have already planned a return trip with our family in warmer months. We stayed in Retreat 42 and loved it. From the running creek, to the amazing Spa Bath. We couldn't have asked for more! The beer garden and outdoor cinema were a huge hit also.

If I'm knit picking (and I am) one of the toilet seats wouldn't stay up for my husband. But it wasn't an issue as we just labelled the ensuite toilet the man toilet and the main bathroom one the woman's hahaha.

Established gardens make things feel private and secluded.

Lack of places to hang towels, could do with some hooks in bathroom.

We loved the leisure activities available and used most of them during our stay.

The only thing that we disliked was that the trees closest our unit flapped on the roof during a windy night and woke us up 3 to 4 times. Might need a trim. We were in C3. Other than that only thing that was slightly irritating was that the kitchenette tap was rigid and couldn't be moved to the side. This made it difficult to fill the kettle and wash dishes.
