To be honest, there wasn't much to fault!! We were half board and the food options were great every day. At breakfast you had everything from fruit, cereals, pastries, pancakes and churros (which went down very well with our little girl) cooked breakfast options, omelettes, cheeses and cold meats etc. Dinner options were vast and while a lot of it remained the same each day, with a handful of options changed, there were that many options available you didn't have to eat the same thing twice. What was also a pleasant surprise was that drinks were included during meal times! Soft drinks and tea/coffee at breakfast and then soft drinks and alcohol at dinner! There is a sister hotel that you can use, it's much bigger but then naturally much busier so we went there one evening for a show but only stayed about 45 minutes as it was a little too busy for us. The pirate island which sits between the two hotels is just great for the kids! It takes minutes to walk to and there are plenty of loungers and a bar for the adults while the kids play. The beach is also minutes away and is a very beautiful beach with clear water and the area closest to the hotel had no stones/rocks etc when walking into the sea which made me very happy and that usually puts me off going in! The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. Facilities throughout the hotel were all very clean and well looked after including the pool. There was a kids disco every evening followed by further entertainment that wasn't kids specific but kids could also enjoy depending on age. We were really pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the hotel was and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you to all the staff!

If I had to pick anything to constructively comment on, it would be the size of the rooms and in some buildings the design. The first room we were put in was an upgrade and we were told about this on check in. It sounded great but unfortunately the update seemed to mean a room with a bath and sinks in the middle of it/next to the main bed, a toilet with floor-to-ceiling glass and a shower cubicle with floor-to-ceiling glass. I'm sure this may be okay for some but there was zero privacy and everything was so close together. On day 2 we asked if we could switch rooms and the staff at reception were great and did move us to another room, although this was after their suggestion to just hang something over the shower and bathroom door to create privacy.

Great hotel resort for family holiday. Great daily entertainment for kids and family. Very close to the private beach with parasol & beach bed available.

Wish I could stay longer

Family of four with 4yr and 1yr (still crawling) went in early May. Everything- family oriented hotel super friendly staff. Animation for kids was exceptional. Really recommended for a family that is looking for a calm environment to spend a relaxing holiday. Weather was not hot hot (20/21 degC) but still managed to have some good days laying by the pool.

If you have children like us that don’t walk yet reaching out to our room would need walking up a few ramp of stairs. Other than that nothing to report.

More sunbeds around the pool. The hotel itself could do with having an upgrade, its a bit dated and they could do alot more with it. Adult pool was small, the big pool was good but again lack of sunbeds for the amount of people attending. Food options also quite limited if you didnt fancy eating at the buffet

The pools were spacious and uncrowded for lots of the time. It was pretty easy to get a nice spot to relax with the family by the pools, e.g. on loungers or very comfy shaded outdoor beds. The buffet was such an easy way to feed the family, especially children. It was immaculately clean with shining marble floors and all the outside areas being hosed down every day. The staff were lovely; always happy to help. My favourite part was the view from the resort. You could look out on a gorgeous bay, while sitting by the pool and watching the children. Also, there were lovely low-key activities, like gentle stretching in the mornings, a chilled out kids club with archery/tennis etc, and a towel folding competition. We managed to win 2 bottles of sparkling wine but I think that's unusual! Some of the entertainment shows were amazing. The flowers around the resort were beautiful.

The Lion King show wasn't that great, but maybe ok for toddlers. There were a lot of steps to the beach and back to our room, but that's fine for us as it was a bit of exercise and was part of being on a stunning hillside. Our room was a double and sofa bed - the sofa bed converted to 2 very nice singles for the kids, but our double was 2 singles pushed together, which I would have preferred to have been just a double. The meal times could be a bit noisy around the buffet as there were lots of people, but the variety and amount of food was excellent and as a family we could cope with this.

Huge property spread across a hilly terrain. Great facilities. Amazing food with great veggie, meat and sea food options. Multiple adult & kids pools. Adjacent to a nice quiet beach. Good entertainment.

Sports club runs tennis and padel sessions separate from the hotel. Info on how to pre-book those group sessions would have helped

Very friendly stuff, amazing food, the nearest beach is all you need, although we didn’t use the adults animation because we had small kids to babysit we found it very interesting and unobtrusive, the animation for kids is cool c the playground is extra. The view is just breathtaking and much better than in Cala Blanca. The rooms were cleaned daily. I would come back again for sure!

Would definitely recommend! Beautiful and peaceful location away from party crowds, friendly staff, our room was lovely, very comfortable and had a amazing sea view, entertainment, kids club, nice hotel grounds, great food in the restaurant, perfect for a family holiday

Only minor things like a coffee in the restaurant was not the best, but in the bar they do a good one

The staff were fantastic, rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities were amazing! The food was great something for everyone and lots of variety and the entertainment was fantastic! The hotel is right on the beach with some of the most amazing views!

How difficult it was to leave!
