Very nicely styled and maintained rooms and bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Willing to pick me up and drop me off at the station as well as when I was caught in a rain shower. Great breakfast buffet and friendly service. High quality evening dinner. Attentive bar staff and generous lounge. Great Pool and Spa area.

The view at the back is the forest and car park. Not great but not bad either. The shower in the single room is a bath with glass divider which is a bit short so the floor gets a soaking. I didn't find the sun terrace to sit outside, but it is through the basement apparently. The location is up the steep hill from the town and Post Strasse.

Love the style and comfort, very friendly and everyone takes care to meet guest needs. Free shuttle bus is a real bonus and super helpful. My friend brought her small dog, who had her own welcome letter, water bowl, towel and „I am alone in the room“ sign for the bedroom door. Food was good and friendly service. Not all the waiting staff speak fluent German, but all make every effort!

I had a great time at the hotel, I really appreciated the personnel support and accommodation! The rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, good breakfast and I loved the Spa facility! The hotel has a nice lobby and a restaurant. Everything was welcoming and comfortable!

The hotel room was a good size with great views. They provided everything we would need for our dog including treats and a towel. The breakfast was delicious and had great facilities. The staff generally went above and beyond.

Blatter's is a great place both in summer and winter. Above the city the views are stunning from all public spaces. The team are so welcoming and respectful, the hotel spotless clean and the food, the food...congrats to all staff for your professionalism.

Breakfast had a decent variety of hot and cold options. The wait staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The wellness area was amazing and super spacious! I would stay here just for that.

My only complaint about this entire stay was the pillows on the bed. They were big pillows but with almost no support. During the winter, bear in mind that in order to walk to the hotel from Arosa; it's all.uphill And the roads can be icy!

I liked everything! People are very nice, pool and SPA were amazing, food was delicious. I am so happy I spent my Christmas there with my husband and a dog.

the pillows are very thin/soft

We travelled with 2 dogs and were warmly welcomed. The dogs had their own special welcome with homemade treats and special towels. Staff is very friendly and takes the time to really listen to you. We had dinner at the restaurant once during our stay. Since I wasn't feeling well, they kept my food warm until I got back to the table. Parking on site was no problem.

We were greeted by friendly helpful staff on arrival who got us checked in and helped with our luggage. The room was a good size. We were traveling with a dog who was provided with a bowl, some treats and a towel. It was in a really great location to start walks
