Towel was torn, could improve on providing bathroom slips for guests, bathroom paste, and also make provision for more station not just giving is AM yoruba...

Clean room good location and overall good hotel. The hotel gives really good value for money.

The front desk person on December 7th, 2024, was terrible customer service, and the bathroom heater was leaking water, which she refused to help us with transferring to a different room even if they had an empty room. She was a terrible representative of the facility. The front desk person in the morning was better, and that is why I speak only to the first girl she needs major training.

Electricity was truly 24/7, it didn't so much as blink. The room had a good AC and a comfortable bed. The food was absolutely amazing, and the WiFi was a lot better than I expected. Plus, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

The water heater in the room didn't work and the TV only had four channels.
