The staff was so courteous and so professional. From the gate house to the front desk and all the kitchen and bar staff . Really impressed. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at this hotel, my husband and I came to the city to visit family. The staff were courteous, professional and very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. You have to remember to put the sign on the door to get housekeeping daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the options were many, even for a pickier eater as myself.

A room with a nice view would have been preferable. The power cuts are not in their control but it can be scary when it goes out while in the elevator

I almost overpaid by £300 via booking.com due to "dynamic pricing" On quite a few mornings there was not enough hot water for a hot shower The bar staff are friendly but aren't great at making cocktails The rooms are quite badly designed - not enough hangers / no draws to tidy clothes away etc.

The Nordic is a good hotel. It's well maintained, very clean and bug free. The swimming pool area is lovely and the restaurant is good for a hotel. What made our stay excellent was the staff! They are super friendly, very helpful, dedicated and they just seem to really love their jobs. It's a super fun team.

Not necessarily a terrible thing - I'm nitpicking - but certain facilities were not 100%. At some point the a/c and the nods in the shower was malfunctioning. The crew fixed it right away.

I like it was Nordic. I wanted to try this location out and Guage it compared to the Abuja location. The guys at the bar were great, and so was Dorcas, who waited on me during breakfast. She was amazing.The security teams were great as well.

The staff at the checkout sometimes seem to be too engaged with each other, then paying attention to the guests coming or leaving.

Staff is top, very helpful and friendly. Especially Mr. Roland who was in charge of the pool area, as well as the person cleaning the rooms on the second floor (we had room 208). We really appreciated the hygiene and cleanliness in our room and at the pool. The quality and variety of the breakfast buffet is extraordinary.

With the final bill having been cleared staff at the reception was uncertain about the procedure of cancelling the 1000$ deposit we had made with our credit card. That did not feel very reassuring.

Very well located in Victoria Island. Secure compound. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, willing to serve. Key names: Praise, Toyin, Lucky. So many! Well equipped gym. Gorgeous swimming pool. Felt like being in a European boutique hotel in Lagos, as expected!

Only recommendation is for the lighting to be adjusted in Executive Room to give a bit more light. Also to add more full length mirrors.

Great hotel. Very Nordic atmosphere. Minimalist yet very functional and complete. The staff were very alert to my needs. A few extra touches made it very desirable for a repeat visit. Handwritten welcome post card!, complementary snacks and soft drinks. wow. Great breakfast that catered for the local palate and western staple.

Externally, No big sign with hotel name. You could almost drive by. once you're in, a different world.

The staff were professional and offered help when needed. Check in was the least dodgy and uncomfortable during my stay in Lagos. No one asked for extra money unnecessarily. The rooms were kept clean, and I felt that my belongings were safe. Food at the restaurant was good too and cocktails strong and yummy! The bartender Steven was the best! Thank you for making my stay in Lagos better

The rooms were really small for the price paid. Breakfast was often cold and boring.

The gym met my needs..equipment is standard. The food is also superb. I enjoyed my meals. Comfortable bed and furniture. Quite secure...

No clear cut location signage at the hotel's entrance, so I missed my way on the first day... Food: The banana split would better be served in a wide but deep plate to contain defrosting of the duo ice-cream. The AC in my room always stayed off whenever power was restored. I had to wake up to realise and put it back on. This should be looked into.
