generally clean & comfortable

1 apartment ( we booked 4 )was not clean & had wet towels on the chair , hair on the bed.However the people in charge responded quickly & apologised for the oversight. They came to clean it, although we checked in at night, changed the bedsheets & offered to vacuum the room. Another apt had insects in the bathroom & 2 apartments had problems with the bidet

Spaciousness and a quiet place to stay. Also the spectacular view of the town from the high floor is just wonderful.

Kitchen amenities are not up to par. There is no microwave oven, toaster, ladle and kitchen wipe. The bathroom floor is dirty and slimmy due to partially blocked drainage trap.

The grand view. We were on Level 30 in a west facing unit of the tallest building in Kota Bharu. Which meant we could see Kubang Kerian, Wakaf Che Yeh, Lembah Sireh, and the hills between Pasir Puteh and Machang. A sight for sore eyes indeed. The unit itself was a beautiful place. It came with most basic necessities; wifi, netflix, kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, iron, hair dryer, telekung and sejadah. The kitchen had an induction cooker with extractor so you can do a bit if cooking if you want. Water heater in the shower: great. Water pressure: excellent and satisfying. Entry into the building was secure and there was a designated parking bay for the unit. Kid loved the infinity pool. Admin Liana was helpful and made sure our check in and check out went seamlessly. All in all, we had a comfortable and homey stay.

Would be great if this unit had a washing machine

The units are getting old and not well maintained

Spacious rooms and dining area with a good view apartment. It was a comfy stay for 3 adults. Free water and coffee mix, towel for 3 and a fairly clean house. Self check in apartment was convenient since the travelling time to Kelantan was long.

White towels were grayish - with Kelantan water it is more practical to use fluffy coloured towels to hide the water issues. Also the sheets were white but doesn't look fresh white anymore for same reasons. The walls of the apartment needed some touch ups as it was getting dirty

Very good location ... centre of town. Facilities are good and room is clean.

The towels provided are worn out .... need to replace them.

First of all the apartment was amazing and very clean everything was in order the location was also amazing all types of food available in walking distance. Got 24 hrs places.

The place are very stategic and easy to access..mattress comfortable..

Hope can provide more comfortable pillows and broom& dustpan so we can clean the floor a bit..a bit messy coz we stayed for 4days..

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to the city. This place is very well maintained too. Staff was friendly although conversation was mostly done via phone message; but it was clear and easily understood. To us, the studio apt was spacious and comfortable. We really loved the ambience...feels homey. Worth every penny!

Plse repair dining table chairs. All must change because all chairs are shaking.. I was fall down chair shaking when sit broken. Plse looking at it.. Or change nice plastic chair...
