Staff was exceptionally accommodating. They helped me get an Uber to the bus station. After arrival to the bus station, I realized I had lost my phone, so I took a taxi back to the hotel to look for it. Again, staff was EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating in trying to help me track down the phone, though it was never retrieved.

That I wasn't able to retrieve my phone and that the price of my room was quadrupled due to a concert in town. I also didn't like that my walking GPS took me down a secluded walkway to get get to the concert venue.. it was terrible walking back in the dark, alone, on this path. I was told by staff the venue was within walking distance. I had just walked over 500 miles on a Camino and this was the first time I felt unsafe in my travels, confounded with losing my phone in the Uber the next day..

A brand-new hotel, very clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby, along with a snack vending machine. The air conditioning worked perfectly, quickly heating the room in winter. Spacious parking with charging station for electric vehicles. Friendly staff, fluent in English. Not very convenient to reach the city center on foot, but if you have a car, this hotel is an excellent choice.

It would be great to add some glasses and a toothbrush holder :)

It’s a new property, so everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Second experience that has been great with B&B Hotels.

If you are booking this as your base for seeing the city, you need to be aware that the location is not very central. We took a taxi to get to the centre. You are just stopping for the night, then it’s perfect.

Extremely comfy beds. Modern bathroom. Very resting stay. Easy access from highway. Well lighted hallways. N.American standards New Hotel.

Too complicated, overwhelming technology (room heating/cooling system, TV to operate). Poor communication. Huge hotel to walk through. Elevators availability was very slow. Tight parking to get in and out of full. A bit far from restaurants. Door stoppers..unfinished.( hazard if you step on bolt).

Everything was perfect. Lovely shower, nice and comfortable bed, I slept very tight. All facilities, what it's included were of very good quality. It was my first experience with B&B and I will definitely from now on look for those when traveling.

Location could be better in my opinion. I couldn't go anywhere by foot, you definitely need a car.

New and modern place. The rooms aren't too big, but they're big enough, and the bed was super comfy (pillows too!!). Friendly staff. The hotel even had a free coffee machine with good-quality coffee. The only thing (not really a complaint) – it would be nice if the room had some wall decorations 😊

Annoying not to have even a plastic cup in the rooms. A second chair would have been nice.

Perfect for short or business stays. Bedroom was modern, comfortable, and clean. I loved the free coffee/water machine available at entrance.

The pillows were really long and not too comfortable (minor thing). Breakfast was okay and nice variety for the context, but the scrambled eggs weren't great.

The hotel Is brand new, It has nice details, it's sparkling clean and the employees are extremely nice. Super recommended

It feels like the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so we only got there so stay over night before we continued to our next destination.
