We had a lovely stay here. Although the room was on the small side we had a large balcony on two sides which meant there was enough space for 4 people. The kitchen was well equipped and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. It was good value for money as our stay included the Brixen card (free use of the Plose cable car and local swimming pool) plus the accommodation had bikes you could use for free and a laundry for guests. The staff were helpful and friendly. Easy access to the centre of Brixen and on a bus route for getting to the cable car. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions regarding local and travel. We liked that you can request for a microwave oven, especially helpful for folks staying for a long time. The coffee pods were a really nice touch and very convenient. In generally really appreciate the generosity of amenities, and the ability to resupply consumables easily in the stock room. Also the washer and dryer were very efficient and fast, and very easy to access with room key at any time of day. The electronic shades were helpful since sometimes we sleep during the day.

The limited parking could be optimized a bit by encouraging guests to not spread out their parking too much, perhaps with stronger visual line/cues for where the parking space boundaries are. That being said, we were able to find parking space each night.

Not our first time here. Always love it. Everything is top quality and you get plenty of extras - free coffee, sledges, walking poles, bikes and even umbrellas. Others have mentioned there is no microwave or toaster, but these would take up to much room and you can cook and eat in the studio easily. Great hob, top quality utensils and knives that cut. Oh and the full length patio doors - great view.

Like many other establishments, Nives gives you a free Brixen Card giving free public transport, entry to museums and much more. We come to Brixen because we want to go to the Plose winter sports area. We choose an accommodation provider who gives the Brixen card because it gives a free daily return on the Plose cable car (and we choose Nives because it is the best we have found providing the card). But the tourist office has just taken the Plose cable car off the Brixen card for winter and spring seasons. For us an extra €42+ per day on our holiday we did not expect. For businesses on Plose a disaster. 3 we use regularly complained to us about it and I suspect the accommodation providers will also feel the effects. A real shame for all.

Everything about this place was great! The location is perfect, close by the city center, situated in a quiet alley, and easy access to public transportation. You have the option for a parking spot, but we didn't needed it since we decided to take public transportation and the connection to all cities and towns from Brixen is perfect so you don't need to worry about driving after a day of hiking. In the residence we had our own kitchen which made it perfect to cook, plus there is also a supermarket close by. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary things you need to cook or prepare a snack, they even have the coffee maker to put in the stove! The breakfast was delivered in a wooden box placed next to your door, which I found it to be super great and creative! It had everything from eggs (which you cook) ham, cheese, fruit, granola, breads, yogurt, juices... everything was delicious. The bed was super comfy and so were the pillows. The room was big, spacious and clean. You also get a nice sleep as it is quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The view from the balcony was also very nice and the many cute birds singing gave it a nice enchanting atmosphere. There is a washing and drying machine at the residence which we used and worked pretty well! If you are looking for a place to stay I would definitely recommend Brixen and Residence Nives, location is really great with easy access to all cities/towns by bus or train.

We loved the size of the room and the shower, the balcony was large and was perfect for eating the fabulous breakfasts and watching a summer thunderstorm. The hotel was a block from the river and a short walk to the village center. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Jessica was really nice and the house was pretty. She even managed to arrange a wine tasting tour for us in the last minute. There is a big swimming pool as well but we didn't have a chance to use it because of our schedule. If I come back, I will choose to stay here again!

The place is bit far away from the town so it is better to have a car during hot summer.

Clean, modern and well designed rooms for long and short stays in Brixen.

No Aircon!!! The rooms are double glazed and well insulated for cold winters but this also means it gets warm really quick in summer without proper air-conditioning. The room could also do with a microwave. Our coffee machine wasn't working too well either. Although I think it just needed some cleaning to work again. We weren't staying long enough to report this and get it sorted.

Clean, quiet, with a mountain view. The receptionists were very helpful. The location is very close to the centre. It's nice to take a walk along the river to the other side of the town. Parking is included. Overall, an excellent stay.

Could add a chopping board for cooking.

This residence was exceptional. The staff was friendly and very available. They issued us free bus tickets, gondola tickets, water park tickets, and free bikes that were easily accessible outside the door with bike locks. The room was very clean with wonderful special touches, like robes, special lamp on balcony, endless coffee pods, etc. And if you needed something else you felt comfortable asking and they would try and accommodate you! I would stay here every time, no hesitation.
