We just loved staying here. It's our second time, albeit the first was a few years ago. The property is homely, spacious and immaculately kept, and for our dogs, the garden is just great - they loved wandering around having a good sniff. Gigi is very warm, friendly and flexible and really whilst we stayed, made us feel like we were very welcome there. We didn't feel like anything would have been too much trouble had we needed anything. The location is really good. Obviously you'll need a car to get around as the local area is spread around the hills, but where Orchard Side is located is just ideal - everything's just a short car ride away if you want to stay in the local area and not far from the main roads into the area. The property is totally secure and you'll feel safe and sound during your stay.

Absolutely delightful place to stay Gigi the owner was very friendly kind she even picked me and my disabled son up from the train station lovely lady whom am sure we will definitely meet again as I hope to return for some much needed walking in the hills of Malvern beautiful village couldn’t really ask for more if you’re looking for somewhere to stay I highly recommend orchardside guesthouse and annex we stayed in the annex was perfect two nights was good value for money thankyou to Gigi x

It was more like staying at an old friend's house than staying at a B&B. There is a wonderful sense of calm and tranquility in the house. My room was lovely, it overlooked the garden with a view to the fields beyond. Gigi, the owner, looked after me so well and is a wonderful conversationalist. Breakfast was a absolute delight, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. I can one hundred percent recommend Orchard Side Bed and Breakfast. In fact, I liked it so much I'm already planning my next visit!

I've stayed a couple of times now and I absolutely love Orchard House. It's home from home vibes and care taken to detail make this one of the best places I have ever stayed. I always sleep like a log when im here, the beds are comfy and the sheets feel so soft...muat remember to ask how she does this. The food served at breakfast is absolutely delicious and highly personalised, which made me feel like a valued and cared for guest. Loved our chats and all the insightful and fascinating memorabilia from the home, village and wider area. Such a pleasure to stay here, thank you Gigi

It was nice and close to our friends and family staying from New Zeland.And the Malvern hills we wanted to walk. Our host at the B&B was nice chatty and informative about around her location.

Not much but on little complaint our room was left open for sometime.As I returned mid afternoon to collect my car and the room was open with a spare key in the door and when we arrived back about 10.30 ish it was still open with a spare key as it was earlier.But nothing was missing but we did have some valuables in there.

The property was fully equipped in every way. Lovely, spacious accommodation and very amenable host. Every detail for a comfortable visit has been considered. We especially loved the garden with seating provided in several spots to catch the best of the weather. Comfortable bed, good sized fridge and a comfy recliner chair were also appreciated. Safe and secure parking was a bonus.

Gigi was a fantastic host who provided us with plenty of information beforehand, not only about our accommodation but also the surrounding area. She sent us a list of suggested places to visit along with local good pubs, restaurants, shops, etc. which really helped us plan our trip. The rooms were large, comfortable, warm and quiet, and stocked with fresh milk for tea/coffee along with a choice of other drinks and small snacks. The views out of the back of the house over the garden and countryside were wonderful and only the January weather prevented us from enjoying the garden more. Breakfast was delicious and well cooked, we certainly didn't go hungry, and nothing was too much trouble for our host.

We had a lovely stay with Gigi and her gorgeous dog Charlie. They made us very welcome on arrival. We had everything we needed and more. All the little touches were lovely. Breakfast was very tasty and nice to have other options too if you want a lighter option than a full English. Beds were very comfy and facilities were great. Can't fault anything at all and highly recommend staying here, Gigi really is an absolutely lovely and down to earth Lady and we would happily come again. Thank you!

A warm welcome and very comfortable stay. Felt like a home from home. I really liked having the freedom to come and go during my stay at times that suited my schedule. Breakfasts were prepared with care and beautifully presented. I appreciated having lots of menu choices for breakfast and being able to choose what time I'd eat. I have a few dietary restrictions too and the owner was very accommodating. There is even a small fridge for residents to store their own drinks and snacks. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was large and luxurious with very plush towels. Everything was high quality, right down to the beverage sachets provided in the room. The dog is very friendly and well-behaved. I got a bit lost trying to find the address in the dark, phoned the house and the owner helpfully guided me there. Lots of tourist info is provided for anyone new to the area, and the owner is happy to provide updates about local events.

We didn’t have breakfast as we were self catering in the Annex, but there is plenty of kitchen equipment to cook your own food. As we were in the Annex we had full use of an enclosed garden, this was well secured and able to let our dogs have a wander. The garden is very pretty and peaceful with lots of seating areas, the living space and bedroom is all a very good size and comfortable. Gigi is a super host and on hand should you need anything. We would love to return one day.
