I was upgraded to a sea-view room. Some reviews mention old furniture but my room was clearly just renovated as everything was nice and new. Huge comfortable bed. Hotel is large and clean. Has private access to beach. Garden area is nice and has plenty of seating and entertainment, although they were renovating or doing annual cleaning of the swimming pool so it was empty, also beach bar was closed in April (Easter vacation period…). Interior swimming pool and small gym were okay. Didn’t try the spa. Breakfast variety was good. Visited during Easter vacation in April, so low season. Therefore few guests (majority were Italians).

Nothing except the buffet restaurant is disproportionately priced compared to room price, and drinks are extra. Too expensive for Tunisian. Also when I visited the interior swimming pool there were a bunch of noisy teenagers jumping in the pool and being very annoying, but that’s not hotel’s fault although a minimum control would have been nice.

The resort has been almost entirely renovated. Rooms are spacious and very well furnished. Excellent indoor swimming pool and nice spa. The personnel is extremely kind and polite. The hotel upgraded us from a double room to a suite, which was wonderful.

The Jacuzzi in the spa is too small (2 people max). The renovated rooms still need some refinements (additional plugs, hooks, etc.). Pizza and food in general can be improved.

The location , the room size, the bell boy Mr. Deyaa were so friendly, to help me book a tour as I m (short stay guest )I strongly recommend it he could with a short time contact with Ramzi who is speaking good English and who provide me with a lot of informations about qirawan city and the coloseum , Dayaa were aware that I am a solo traveler he were off but he also made sure that I m satisfied with the tour by calling me to get sure 👍🏻 I felt that I m not foreigner moreover I felt in my country , thnx

Check in late time ,the Coffe machine in the buffet section were at all good ,The furniture need to renewed , the swimming pool paint ground were not stable at all .

The hotel is beautiful despite being a little run down. A coat of paint would do wonders! The beach is lovely but the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. The most wonderful, hard working and smiley staff I’ve ever met. Salim in the bar is amazing and will do anything to ensure guests’ happiness. He is constantly on the move- God knows how many steps he walks each day! Anas, Rabeb and Dhia were also great. We stayed all inclusive and loved the Amaretto cocktails! The food was ok although I’d expect the snack bar on the beach to provide included pizza rather than having to pay extra. We’d def come back.

It just needs a little TLC regarding maintenance but the great staff make up for peeling paintwork.

The ultimate hospitality greeting and support especially by Anas and the continued assistance by Awatef . Truly welcoming and professional they were and key in making my stay excellent. Hana as well was also delightful and shared a superb friendliness. Facility is clean and easy access to attractions

We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. The hotel's exceptional qualities and the warm hospitality provided by the staff made it an irresistible choice. In conclusion, we can not recommend this hotel highly enough. The fantastic staff, led by the outstanding Ms. Rabeb and Mr. Anas ensured that our every need was met. The delicious food, impeccable cleanliness, and convenient location were the icing on the cake. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay, this hotel is undoubtedly the place to be.

At the arrival we got some “problems” that i didn’t even want to explain for how much i got surprised and satisfied by the behavior and education of Mister Anas (at the reception). Definitely he makes it MY BEST STAY EVER in any hotel i ever booked.

The hotel is working hard to provide good quality of service. You can notice that all the staff are following the instructions of the management and the way that they deal with you. Comparing to other hotels in the area, Taj Sultan has a better pricing and nice service and facilities. I want to thank the smart reservation manager Ms. Weam who makes sure that costumers are happy. Also, thanks to the cleaning rooms manager Yassmina for her efforts. Finally, thanks for the nice and respectable receptionist Mr. Majdi who deals with all the clients in a professional way.

Air conditioning needs to be improved.

This hotel tries to provide good quality for it’s Costumers. You can watch that from the way that all the staff do their jobs. I think the price is reasonable and fair. Thanks for the great receptionist Mr. Majdi for hus prof work. He does his work with smiling and polite way. Also thank you for the cleaning head Yassmian for making sure all rooms are provided with comfort. Finally thanks for the reservation department manager mis Rouaa who really works hard to satisfy her Coustmers, and she is one of the reasons that I give this hotel a higher points. I just took one pint for a (reason!)

The air conditioning needs to be colder.
