The large and comfortable rooms are clean, and well equipped. The personnel at thev reception friendly and professional, the location is perfect

The breakfast is partly very good, in particular the variety of grains and add ons, also the waffles including stewed fruits, fruits selection are apples and oranges, sometimes bananas, unfortunately the eggs are either instant or pre-cooked, no vegetables offered (except for spinach leaves)

Three night stay in King Suite for family of four. Things we liked - Very friendly staff - Room size and kitchenette - Location. Nice area. Many restaurants within walking distance. -Pool was nice touch for kids Minor inconveniences - Bathroom was small, no fan?? - Breakfast was just ok. They ran out of items like bacon and potatoes. Nice waffle bar. -Couch bed was pretty uncomfortable for kids 9 and 11. -Nothing fancy, somewhat dated. Overall, pretty good experience. Closest store to purchase beer and wine is CVS about 5 blocks. Dukes restaurant was pretty good. Seattle Pizza was good. Mochi doughnuts very good. Cruised to San Juan Islands from Port Edmunds and saw 6-7 orcas.

Friendly staff. Good location just nearby South Lake Union. Bus stop is just in front of this hotel it's so convenient to go everywhere Seattle. Breakfast included is great as well. Room is big with kitchen. Recommend.

Wifi is truly bad as other guests said. No electric kettle at room even though there is with a kitchen. No bath tub. No 7-11, supermarket or pharmacy nearby the hotel. But next to hotel counter there is a tiny grocery shop. Beautiful lake view, but you can hear the sound of every seaplane takeoff. Hope to improve the Wifi quality, add an electric kettle, tea bags and coffee capsules in the room for guests would be wonderful.

The breakfast was great and so was the staff keeping it stocked. The staff in general was fantastic and the room was well kept.

The bar was lacking and the bar tender didn’t know half of the drinks we asked for and also didn’t have the alcohol stocked to make those drinks. They didn’t even have sweet and sour mix. The pillow sheet and bed sheet in the king room had brown stains all over it that we didn’t notice until we hade slept on it because it was up where your head goes and they had the pillow flipped to the clean side. Other than that though the room was very well kept.

Just what we needed for 6 in our party for a one night stay before we boarded our cruise. We arrived at 8:30pm on a Saturday to a comfy room for our party. It is dated, but plenty of space to get the rest we needed after a day of travel. There weren't too many dinner spots open around the area that late. We walked about 15 mins out to find a place to eat. The complimentary breakfast options at the hotel were good. There was a hot buffet of sausage, egg, and potatoes. Make your own waffle. And the traditional continental breakfast offers. Caught a $24 Uber XL for our party of 6 to Pier 66.

We did have a snag with our room as the door would not open with the keycard when we first arrived. Turns out we needed to turn the door knob upwards and not down. However, not a major issue.

This location close to I-5 is excellent, which makes for a quick exit to your destination. It’s also close to MOHAI in Seattle which is connected to the waterfront and is a fabulous place to stroll. Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. The hot breakfast was excellent (wide selection). We took advantage of the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Even though there’s a steep $40 a night parking fee, the parking garage is secured and is only opened with a tap of your room key. I would recommend anyone to this location. Thank you!

The hotel was convenient to Alaska cruise port. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable for the five of us. The staff was exceptional right from the start from the front desk to the chef for morning breakfast and everyone I between. I called a handful of times before we flew in to Seattle and they were so gracious answering all my questions. I was happy with our stay.

I was happy with everything about our stay

Let's start with how friendly and professional the staff were. We LOVED our room as well. My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old, and it gave him enough room to run around. Since our room had a living room, kitchen, and balcony. They have a small children's playroom that is open for kids from 5 am to 11 pm, and that was super helpful! We took advantage of the pool as well, and my husband son loved that. The breakfast was very yummy. Safe parking on property as well. Also, our TV remote wasn't working, and when we called and asked for batteries, they came up right away and just gave us a whole new remote control.

I wish the comforter was a little bigger for the king bed, and I wish they had a couple more things for toddlers in the kids' room.

We loved the spacious 2 bedroom suite. It was clean with a very nice kitchen and 2 balconies. Nice view of the lake, and the location was close to 2 Nice restaurants. Good location with easy access to freeway.

Not a major issue, but the in house chef called in sick and there wasn't a back up chef to keep the in hotel restaurant operating with food service during our evening stay.

The pool and activity room was great, crowded but still had lots of fun. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options and seating areas. Beautiful view of city and lake.

The bar closed at 9:30 and snacks and drinks were so over priced. Lots of young screaming and crying kids at the pool without any supervision or parents in sight, throwing random objects into the pool
