Breakfast not included in our stay, but, we did have breakfast at Courtyard, excellent value for money, lovely Cafe on riverside, friendly, helpful staff

In fairness, the rooms, situated in a different part of the building,were a little dissapointing, looked as if they hadn't been cleaned, dust on the radiators, a lot of dust within the shower room area, shower was a bit unpredictable, hard to adjust temperature, but, the views were lovely, looking out over the River Severn, so this did make up for the slightly uncleanliness

Fantastic room overlooking the river with a window seat. Only one room like that .

Poor message communication..Once there very friendly person greeted us on our bicycles and let us keep the bikes in the restaurant over night. Restaurant shut at 4.30 so we were lucky to find someone as no one messaged or called until 4.20. Could not have breakfast until the separate courtyard restaurant opened at 9.30 am. So went to a cafe along the river front which was OK.. cash only!

The room was lovely and the view was fantastic. Bed was very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of tea and coffee!! The bathroom is very clean and well stocked. Towles clean and fresh. We had a lovely stay.

Only slight niggle the shower!! The dials were a bit stiff and we could get a happy medium, was a bit too hot for me!

The location and the view of the river were great. We were close to everything in Bewdley. The staff were all friendly, and we had a lovely breakfast in The Courtyard

Not their fault, but the accommodation is next to a bar with a DJ, so it was a noisy Saturday night. Can't imagine it being a problem during the week

Location was great, right by the bridge (worth a walk along the river), & close to the centre. We had drinks & dinner there the first night, very good food & a friendly atmosphere. The soft furnishings in the room all seemed new, & the bed was very comfy. Parking isn't available on site (as with most of Bewdley I think) but the car park at the end of the road is reasonably priced & an easy walk.

The room shape meant it was a little tight for space in places - enough room but not spacious. And another accessible socket each side of the bed would be useful, as would a bin in the bathroom.

Stunning!!! , what a fabulous find this is . Great restaurant and bar in a prime location overlooking the river . We attended a friends wedding here and the staff couldn’t do enough .. truly amazing & highly recommended .

The view in the front room is amazing , comfy beds with drinks facilities and pretty beam features .

Location excellent. Staff approachable and helpful. Separate entrance to accommodation, so freedom to come and go at any time.

Rubbish-strewn (inaccessible) balcony. Not bothered about using it but at the very least it should be tidied and cleaned up. As it was summer (just), it didn't bother me but I can imagine the room would be quite draughty in winter as you could see daylight between double doors of balcony.

Owner was friendly. Lovely laid back approach. Bedroom was bright and clean . Bathroom sparkling clean. Beautiful quality towels. Couldn't find fault at all. Would highly recommend staying there

Bit of noise from the pub next door but didn't go on till late , so it wasn't a problem

Close to all amenities loved it shame we had a family emergency so we left on the sunday never slept the second night hopefully we will visit again in the near future

Room and bathroom could have been cleaner… lots of dust behind furniture and watermarks in bathroom. No hairdryer on arrival as advertised, but staff did manage to get one👍
