Breakfast was amazing. Staff are the best from the doormen the front office manager Mr. Gupta, the excellent conceirge staff and the excellent housekeeping staff headed by Yashwanth Rao who keep the room immaculate. Great Management 🙌 The Lounge is a retreat by itself with Amit, Sayed Shika and the interns. The food at the Happy Hour has improved a lot. Kudos. Location is great. 👍 Dr. Jazzy at the Spa has the best massage programs and she is like a counsellor too.,She is amazing.

As diamond members we do expect rooms to be made available with a week or 10 days notice. We understand in a chocobloc situation it is tough but we do keep up our loyalty. Some adjustments have to be made.

Hotel Location is good. The Front desk team & concierge team was very helpful, also all the drivers was very helpful, liked they use battery powered Vehicles. Room service had good food.

Breakfast was ok & alot of varieties but for this brand, I felt the same items were served every morning. The Room was spacious but 1st 2 days it had a funcky smell, the shower in the room was not the cleanest. The Water from the shower had a funny muddy smell, like the smell when you go near a not clear river but it was not a major issue The complimentary Water in the room and Restaurant - "SOME" bottles tasted checmical (chlorine), once we notified the hotel, they did put in our room mineral water bottles and told us they are looking into the matter.

The scenic beauty, the location of the hotel, we loved everything about Shangri la. The Shang hotel served tasty succulent food. The breakfast was unbelievable. We had the most delicious wonton soup, Masala dosa, myriad of wellness drinks and so so much more. Our tummies were so full that we will visit Shangri- La again to replenish our palates again. Shangri- La serves a wonderful breakfast offering a large variety of multicuisines, catering to individual tastes and likes. The front office staff were really helpful, they took care of our medicine which had to be kept in the fridge and a special mention for Jogish, who accommodated all our requests. We were pleasantly surprised by the placement of bidet in place of shower jet, it was very convenient. Which is eco friendly. All the amenities provided had a wonderful lavender fragrance. Shangri- La exceeded our expectations

The only drawback we could mention was the lack of live music which would've enhanced the ambience.

Probably my 10th or 11th stay here! Just love the vibes and everything at this Shangri-La. Spacious, clean, decored rooms and bathrooms! Great food and the cherry is Hype the Sky bar, a perfect place for me to unwind even being alone after a day’s work! Will be here soon again!

Small things matter, the welcome fruit basket was missing which they placed after the call. Had a smoking room but ash tray and matches were missing and placed after the call. Breakfast of eggs had missing sauces which got delivered after the call! No real loyalty program for regular guests which they remind though I’m an inner circle club member of Shangri la.

Breakfast is among the better ones across the board. Worth staying just for the breakfast. Also, the staff were very cooperative in providing in room dining even though it was dinner time. Excellent service.

The lobby area is probably a little over lit and can be a bit jarring. Prices tend to be on the higher side and can probably be moderated. Still dont understand the logic of why points are not awarded for bookings made on Booking.com. Probably lose customers in that fashion

The room is a good size, it was well lit. I tried two restaurants. The Indian one, Saffron and also the Buffet in the ground floor. Both were good. The first is a la carte. The second had Middle Eastern humous etc., some Indian, some Chinese style, also Thai, vegetarian, barbecued meat and fish, and a good selection of pastry and sweets. Normally, buffets are not very good, but this one was good. The hotel picked me up at the airport and arranged for Uber next day to take me to work. The staff fuss over to help you.

A bell boy coming around and ringing at 6 PM to ask if I wanted anything.

The property is awesome. It’s really nice. Got a suite room. The automation is perfect. It’s too cozy. The amenities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is HUGE. The location is nice and peaceful.

The staff could have been a little more attentive. It’s SHANGRI-LA and one could expect the service to be stellar. But it isn’t. I’ll agree that some staff were really nice. Some weren’t. Especially those serving breakfast. Room service, ugh, we had to wait for 40 mins to get some water🤷🏻‍♀️.

Great location with excellent amenities. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and polite. And this was throughout the whole hotel, each member of staff I came across whether it was a cleaner or a waiter always acknowledged you and said hello. There are a few different restaurants and they all provided a great meal. The Chinese and Japanese restaurant are definitely ones to try. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. Look out for the fresh parathas and the French toast. It was also really good value for money. The rooftop bar had some fabulous views and although it was a little windy, it was a great place to sit down with a drink. I used the hotel drivers and each one was knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. The staff at the spa were some of the most pleasant staff in the the hotel, especially Lakshmi in the ladies changing area. She provided just the right amount of attention and was always on hand when you needed anything. Spa treatments are a must too.

The jacuzzi and steam room could do with a little updating.

everything here was amazing , the room , the food and the staff. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave , the room felt like our second home . The breakfast buffet spread was very good with some amazing dishes , the tiramisu croissant needs a special mention. We had excess to the lounge on the 17th floor and the floor manager was extremely nice , i forgot to get his name , a very big thank you to you from us.

nothing in particular except that i had requested for a non smoking room, though according to the reception was a non smoking room but did still have the smell of smoke . however the hotel was ready to change the room for us the moment i mentioned it to them

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Bangalore. It's better than the Leela. Room sizes are decor are fantastic. The staff are very polite and very helpful. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets at the B Cafe. Absolutely exceptional food. The management are definitely doing great work in this hotel.
