This hotel is wonderful. Located on Evian’s main road (with no traffic outside 7:45–9:45), it’s right in the heart of the town and just a 3-minute walk from the lake. The style is delightfully early 20th century, very clean, and the breakfast is excellent. They don’t serve lunch or dinner, though. In the rooms there is a small fridge, a kettle, a selection of teas, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Guests also have access to a small terrace equipped with some gym equipment. We had a great experience and spent a very reasonable amount. I recommend it without reservations.

It was conveniently located at the heart of Evian les Bains. I arrived from the train station and I managed to go there on foot with my suitcase. The roads are quite easy to move around, and drivers were quite respectful towards pedestrians. My room was comfortable, bright and spacious. There was TV (but I didn't use), a tiny fridge and a hair dryer. The breakfast option was also good and affordable.

I had trouble opening and closing my door. But it's probably only my room. I am not sure about other rooms.

The staff was really warm and welcoming. They demonstrated flexibility to make our stay comfortable. I was coming with my wife for the triathlon and it is a place we can recommend. Besides, location was perfect: central and in a quiet pedestrian street.

Furtnitures in the room were quite worn out and consequently not really comfortable. If your plan is to stay in your room, you might be disappointed. Go there with the ambition to discover the city and surroundings.

It took around a 10-minute walk from the train station—not too far, but with luggage, it was a bit of a struggle. However, the hotel was so nice and pretty. They offered free infused drinks and welcoming cookies. The receptionist was also very friendly, and as a bonus, he was cute! The hotel had a small gym and a garden. Our room even had a terrace where we could relax. It was close to restaurants and other shops, and also near Lake Geneva. We enjoyed complimentary drinks in the room, and everything was perfect for our stop before catching our flight the next day.

Centrally located at the pedestrian street in Evian, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Despite the central location it was very quiet. Kind of an old style interior, but that also adds to its charm. The room had a kettle and coffee and tea. Very clean. Friendly staff.

The shower case was a little hard to close. I think it was slightly broken and needs an upgrade.

Hotel is in a great location and, once you have figured out where to park, is easy to get to. The room was comfortable, and quiet (my room was away from the street) It's close to restaurants, and guests can use a microwave in the foyer.

Lift was almost too small for my lightweight mobility scooter - which I needed to use as the car parking is at a distance. Note that there is also only stair access to the terrace. If you have difficulty with stairs it may also be wise to check where breakfast is served.

Christelle and her staff are very welcoming and kind, and quick in their responses to communication. I loved the atmosphere and decor, beautiful colours and handpicked furniture, little corners to read and a terrace. Totally befitting the art déco tradition of Évian. The location is perfect in the middle of town and close to the lake. A great view across the roofs to the church and a glimpse of the lake from my room. An unpretentious, genuine and warmhearted place.

Excellent position quiet & comfortable. Our room was upgraded so we had a view of the lake. Breakfast is available if you want it, nice coffee shop/bar downstairs you can sit outside. Walking distance to train station easy access from Geneva. Lovely promenade to walk along just short walk away.

Wonderful old hotel that was exceptionally comfort. The fact that the hotel was in a no parking area was nothing more than a slight inconvenience as it wasn’t far to carry our overnight bags. The reception was very helpful and solved a number of queries regarding amenities etc. Free parking is available between 19:00 and 09:00 and lots of places are available but one may have to search! We fell in love with Evian and the hotel and stayed a second night. We have altered our itinerary so that we go back there at the end of our holiday.

Despite being in an older building, a good sized elevator provided easy access to upper floors. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bike storage in their enclosed courtyard felt very secure.

This is an older building - the floors are not exactly level and hallway carpets look well worn.
