The hotel location, staff and surrounded garden and rehabilitation facilities are astonishing.

I booked half board, breakfast was adequate. However lunch is served from 2-4 pm while not enough supplies and no refill, I ended up with Salad bar only for three consecutive days. The staff are polite, accommodating customers pressure and working hard but the issue is no food supplies from the kitchen. Management is not taking the issue seriously when highlighted to them.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tskaltubo and will definitely stay here again!

Park Hotel Tskaltubo is a rather simple, yet comfortable hotel. Our rooms on the ground floor can be described as plain, but the bed was good, and we slept well. The staff was welcoming, our exchanges with them very pleasant. Breakfast is served in restaurant 'Magnolia', which is right next to the hotel (2 min. walk), and it includes Georgian specialties, home-made yoghurt, and omelet made to order. Here, too, the staff was very friendly (but did not speak English).

The first night, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant 'Magnolia'. The food was good, but the service rather unprofessional and not very friendly - in contrast to all our other experiences with hotel staff. I should also mention that the toilet flushing in my room did not work very well: one had to make sure that the water didn't keep on running - but this should be easily fixed.

Queen sized bed was very comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

Bathroom was small and our room had no window view. Also there was some kind of smell in the room and some spots on the walls

the staff is the key, they were so great, quick responsive.

food they offer for Muslim Guests. it doesn’t have much choice for Halal Dining. It would be great if they had more non-pork foods as there were many guests from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tatarstan, and especially from Kazakhstan.

Spacious and good location!!

Air conditioning is not designed well …. No Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms… had to sleep in the living room on the couch !!

ოთახში გვქონდა ჩაიდანი, ჭიქები, თუმცა ჩაი და ყავა არ შედიოდა. გამუდმებით შემოდიოდა ბურღის ხმა ეზოდან. ვფიქრობ, იმ ფასად რაც გადავიხადეთ, უკეთესი სასტუმროს მოძებნა შეიძლებოდა.

Location. Rooms at the front had a reasonable view. The new wing where we stayed was newly built. Generally, polite, friendly and helpful reception staff. Connected to the spa.

Almost no wifi in 120 (luckily we were able to move). The Magnolia restaurant is a bit hit and miss. Heavy duvets no lighter blankets. No bedside lights

Beautiful location in Tskaltubo. Spacious rooms, tasty lunch, and breakfast included in the price. Parking is available as well. Helpful staff. Beautiful Parkside setting.

No complaints at all.

Very comfortabel bed. Good shower. Very well working AC. Hygiëne. Nice bar in the lobby.

Breakfast was not good. Was outside at restaurant Magnolia, where i had contracted a few nights earlier food poisening. Not happy about that...
