The lack of hot water in the room for 3hrs also there was so much chlorine in the pool that our eyes stinged from the air around the pool, so we didn't dare enter the water. The steam bath was not steamy and the finish sauna was out of order.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, very nice touch is the kids corner with mini- kitchen and kids table. We were also very pleased with the small details- kids minibar and special soap, mini bathrobe and additional black towel for coloured hair. Nice pool and garden, the stables are professionally maintained with free guided tour if you want to learn more. Riding lessons are available from complete beginners level. The staff was polite and friendly everywhere. Restaurant is nice, with decent menu and tasty food. During weekdays there are no crowds, one can easily find free sunbed around the pool or table in the restaurant.

There was mosquito net only on one bedroom window, in the living room none. So you either need to keep windows closed and use the air conditioning or bring repellents with you. The bathroom drainage wasn't working properly and with each shower a small pool was forming on the floor. There is a crack on the wall in the kitchenette. The pool zone was cleaned from waste, cups etc. each evening, but the tables were not wiped so in the morning you still find sticky stains from cups, watermelon and what not.

Everything was perfectly clean - from the room to the relax area. The room was large and with a great view of the outdoor pool. The food was delicious - we had breakfast included in the price, but we paid for lunch and dinner and we were amazed every meal - it was obvious that the products were fresh and very high quality! Also, the staff everywhere were extremely nice and helpful - the receptionist, the woman who lead the tour around the complex, the relax center receptionist, the waiters at the restaurant. This complex offers everything you would like to experience at a relaxing spa getaway! And of course, the horses were the cutest! We will definitely come back!

Nestled in the heart of nature, Hotel Complex Trakiets is a delightful escape that offers more than just a stay; it's an experience. The serene atmosphere and the lush greenery that envelops the complex create a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The highlight of our visit was the exhilarating horseback riding adventure within the complex, which added a touch of excitement to our peaceful getaway. Trakiets truly is a gem that offers both relaxation and adventure in one beautiful package.

Lovely place that provides an amazing experience. Our family truly enjoyed our time with the horses. The food in the restaurant was delicious and it offers some great local cuisine options. There are two outdoor playgrounds for kids and an internal play room which is suitable for kids under 8yo. They also offered us a lovely guided walkthrough with details about the property, horse-riding and how to take good care of the horses.

The staff at reception seemed a bit inexperienced. The rooms can use some renewal and maintenance, but overall are clean and comfortable.

Our family had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was definitely the wonderful horses and the well-maintained stable; it was a joy to spend time there. Our apartment was spacious , providing ample room to relax and for our daughter to play. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was delicious and well-prepared.

There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, making the rooms uncomfortably hot at times. Additionally, the spa zone could benefit from an upgrade or renovation to meet modern standards.

The breakfast was good. The SPA facilities were excellent with a wide variety compared to other similarly priced SPA hotels in Bulgaria. The room was clean and cosy with nice wooden furniture and a spacious terrace. Overall, it's a great hotel where you can relax in the nature.

The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. It was highly overpriced for what you get. Very small quantity and not well presented. Unfortunately, there isn't another restaurant in proximity to the complex.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a roomy bathroom, The breakfast spread was very good (albeit some of the options we saw last winter were missing) and the restaurant offers great menu options for lunch and dinner. The true highlight are the gardens (with the playgrounds) and the stables with the options for horseback riding and pony walks. It's a great place for families with small children.

"Not like" would be a bit strong. The SPA & Relax center is decent and clean, but nothing to write home about.

Stuff is very nice and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Worth trying the horse riding lessons. Pool is not overcrowded most of the time - during weekends it can be a bit tricky to find a shade, but the water is clean and temperature is comfortable. Breakfast is exactly as expected- just enough variety of things to choose from.

Mosquitos are a bit of a problem. One should come prepared.

Everything is created and cared for with a lot of attention to detail. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and clean. The Spa is small but has everything I needed. The restaurant is perfect. We were amazed even by the breakfast. The horses and the track are the focal point of the whole complex and if you have never experienced the world of these magnificent animals like me that is the place to start.
